Alexandra Beds themselves were quite hard yet comfy and we got a decent sleep, we were next to the air con so a jumper was useful. Boat staff were very helpful unloading bags to the pier which was great as there were a fair few coconuts to climb over on the way off!

Joseph SWe were driven by the manager as it was new year and there weren’t many drivers. He was really friendly and helpful. The map is wrong on 12go. Just follow the boarding point in the email confirmation.

Matthias The Trip is a really big experiance! If you are looking for comfort you are wrong at this Trip. The bed are really close to the next one and the mattress was really thin. the toilets were so dirty that we didn't want to use them.
The ride during the Night was quite an peaceful so you can sleep the most time.
If you are looking for a adventure and shut two eyes regarding the cleanliness it is a good possibility to save an overnight stay and to use the night for the journey.

Tobias HIf you book together with your friend, they will put you in one double bed, but the problem is, it’s 1,20m wide something like that.
So you pay the same as people who sleep in a single, which is definitely better and have to squeeze in one bed.
Make sure that you say you want a single bed at the check in, before it’s too late.
All in All the boat had one hour delay in Koh Tao, but I think it doesn’t matter.

Mara Our ticket showed departure at 21:30, the lady at the check in counter said it departs at 22:00 which was not a problem for us. In the end the boat departed at 22:30 and arrived at 6:30. The bunk beds are pretty comfy and there's a blanket (don't expect luxury). The room is air conditioned all night long, and in front of it is a toilet. Just in front of the boat are street food vendors where you can sit and have dinner while waiting for the departure.
The pdf ticket/voucher shows clear instructions where the pier is and how to reach it.
