Unfortunately the ferry trip was not wall planned by the company, so we had to chang departure pier in torrential rain. On the speedboat the roof was leaking so we were quite wet when arriving. On top we had to change vessel instead of having a direct ferry to koh tao. So we were not so pleased with the trip we bought. We hope the return trip will be more efficient.

On 23 Feb the boat from Surat -koh phangan was full and scared everyone inside the boat with surprise big waves (rain and sound having strom caused big wave during transport) to be frank I was thought we may crash in the sea.i never had this bad feeling. Make our family scare speed boat. Today, 27 Feb return from koh Tao to phangan with catamaran process of issue tickets was mal organized almost 200 people fill in the ticket station even not respect COVID-19 pandemic guidelines. Again when we arrive at Phangan we must wait for the speed boat to SURAT , It was not good organized how your staff communicate with Clients about where, when,how we can take the boat after step down from catamaran. AL teat your staff should know how many passengers and organized the boat for them not like today.
