It was 1 hour and so of delay. The seats are so high you cannot reach the floor with your feet, and with all the movement of the boat was like fighting all the time to not fly away. Also very very hot.

We were early but had too because of the tickets exchange. Why dont you just get the qr code already when you booked. And we had 3 tickets with other names. The boot was not on time.. was late for approx. 40 minutes. But we had a safe Journey.

Departed about 15 minutes late. No AC no fans. Arrived in about 45 minutes. Luggage was taken on board after depositing it at their office before boarding. Received bags right after arrival.

No issues. Redeemed for paper ticket and badge at the office before heading to the port. You have to redeem separately at nusa penida office vs Sanur office depending ticket you buy.

Everything was smooth, the boat departured on time, we arrived on time, staff was friendly and helpful. If you feel seasick, you can sit outside on the fresh air. The trip is quite short.
