Nirmeen YWorst experience ever. We had the confirmed tickets still when we went to the counter one hour before the time for check in, we got to know that they are already full and the 12goasia hasn’t send our tickets to them. We had to look for other options on spot which were more expensive 12 euro per person. We contacted the air asia support also but there has been no reply. We should get a refund and additional amount as compensation

Merel GThe boat ride was fine, but the company was nowhere to be found. In the harbour we were sent 6 different places and nobody knew were it was. I think we were looking for 45 minutes. It was chaos. Eventually is was in a backyard somewhere behind Axe Stone.

Lauren DWe boarded a bit later than expected but it’s bali and everyone’s relaxed. Very well organised, not too stuffy especially if you sit near the front of the boat or next to a window. Not much leg room though.
