Nora SBus ride was comfortable, 2 nice stops. Howrver the ferry was very run-down, damaged and dirty seats, there was even a rat on the boat (outside). At least the toilets were somewhat okay.

Rick SI booked also the pick up via Van from my hostel.
Confirmation shows 6.30 am but it can be 30Min before or later.
So I waited from 5.50 am until 7.10am. So I booked a taxi by myself - this was the only option to catch the bus from Phuket.
I also claimed this experience to 12Go Asia but nobody replied so far.
