Samuel WI woke up shivering from the insanely cold air-conditioning. No one told me where to get a blanket or offered me one. Other bunks had multiple up as curtains and for sleeping. Wasn't able to find an available one so went out of the dorm and layed down on the hard ground under the stairs. We arrived about 4:30 which was fine as it was one of the much closer piers up the river/inlet.
