We were allowed to use the boat one hour earlier (as we needed to be at the harbor one hour early). But the coordinates for the ticket office of Karya Bahari on the PDF are wrong! They lead onto the pier. However, the office is directly in front of the pier on the left hand side. This is very important to know as Bangsal has lots of scammers trying to get your money in every possible way. Also, the operator let scammers into the boat who carried our luggage and requested money for it (we thought they were actual staff. Other operators help you with your luggage; Karya Bahari didn't).
