You failed to take temperatures of passengers before boarding, as stated in your promotional materials. Both passengers and employees jammed into the food service areas without following even minimal COVID-19 protective measures. You provided a DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT which, in all probability, is also in violation of Thai federal law. NOTHING ELSE ABOUT THE TRIP OR THE SERVICE MATTERS.
