I give it 3 stars only because of the experience and the price. Being able to travel such a long distance for such a small price is really a bargain, but it does come with its disadvantages. Overall, I think it’s a really good option if you are on a tight budget or you just want to experience an authentic Thai journey. But, if you think that traveling at night will be nice because you’ll be able to sleep, I wouldn’t choose the third class. Would not do it again but glad I did it.

The Taxi driver was writing on his phone while driving and didnt pay attention to the traffic which Was really not cool since he even drove in s-lines during this.

The process at the check in counter is extremely slow. Waited in line for an hour even though I arrived for check in extra early. As a result the boat left late. Ladies at check in counter were very slow and had no sense of urgency. Boat is old and creates very bad pollution. Rather choose another ferry that has a better and faster check in process and will leave on time.
