At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

★★★☆☆ Sep 21, 2017 (ferry Business Class, Royal Passenger Liner) :
Smooth journey. Cabin crew professional. Interior bit shabby (many stains on carpet). And not quite the buisness experience I was expecting. But the seats were very comfortable. Recommend this route journy time can't be beaten. Definitely do again
★★★★★ Sep 11, 2017 (ferry Business Class, Royal Passenger Liner) :
Good trip
★★★★★ Sep 4, 2017 (ferry Business Class, Royal Passenger Liner) :
I recommend you take the ferry. It was a lovely comfortable trip as the seats were soft and reclined. We paid a little extra for business class and it was well worth it. They said there was no food on board but we were supplied cool drinks and snacks, tea, coffee and refresher towels. The staff were lovely and helpful from beginning to end.

The air conditioning unit is almost broken. it's so hot. Other than that, the staff are really friendly, accommodating. Big chair, free refreshments and snacks, and refreshing towel.

★★★☆☆ Jun 7, 2017 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Royal Passenger Liner) :
I don't think it's good service to allow a ferry to operate with broken air-conditioning. The doors are not permitted to be opened during the trip. So it was like a sauna inside. I saw two people get sick. Additionally, there should be an air-conditioned holding area at the Hua Hin pier. They ask that people arrive an hour before, but you just sit in the heat. There is a roof to cover you, but it was exceedingly hot the day I traveled. This ferry is an excellent idea, but with one scheduled trip a day, these are minimal service requests that lesser-developed countries have. This shouldn't be too hard to accomplish.
★★★★★ May 19, 2017 (ferry Business Class, Royal Passenger Liner) :
Perfect trip, and nice personell
★★★★★ May 15, 2017 (ferry Business Class, Royal Passenger Liner) :
It was good to see there was security checking baggage and the staff were all very professional and helpful. The crossing itself was easy and the seas were calm, we sat in the Business Class seats and it was well worth the extra cost, the seat was comfortable and you can recline back, I slept for part of the trip. I felt very safe on the ferry, it was in good condition and there was plenty of staff on board to assist with anything.

★★★★★ Apr 24, 2017 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Royal Passenger Liner) :

★★★★☆ Apr 21, 2017 (ferry Business Class, Royal Passenger Liner) :
Ferry crossing was very calm & departed on schedule. Once through security having to sit in an outside waiting room in 30 degree heat was challenging. On arrival the luggage free for all was totally disorganised. Ferry crossing however, far more convenient than road alternative.
★★★★☆ Apr 21, 2017 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Royal Passenger Liner) :
Great convenient service. First class freindly staff, clean fast boat. Some suggestions: - put up a webpage for petes sake with the schedule. Is it daily or three times a week? You have to troll message boards and tourist websites to find out. - dont make people print their tickets that are purchased on line. Have a pickup option at the ferry dock, or just allow a scan of their smartphone. Where does a tourist get a printer? :-) Thank you!
★★☆☆☆ Apr 21, 2017 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Royal Passenger Liner) :
Dirty sear cover. No provision for going onto deck. Overprice taxi on arriving hua hin.
★★★☆☆ Apr 18, 2017 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Royal Passenger Liner) :
The ferry was fine, although not the fault of the ferry company I expected a taxi rank when arriving at Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya, turned the trip into quite an ordeal

★★★★★ Feb 20, 2017 (bus VIP24, Bell Travel) :
Great trip very comfortable seats
★★★★★ Feb 11, 2017 (bus VIP24, Bell Travel) :
Get to a new bus terminal by public songhteo for 10 baht and better buy tickets right there, the real price for this bus is 390 baht without any commission. The bus is ok.They give you free bottle of water. And we hoped that they will make a short stop somewhere to get some snacks. But we didn't. So better get some food before the trip.
★★★☆☆ Jan 31, 2017 (bus VIP24, Bell Travel) :
The bus station is way to far out of the city. If there is any service from the city to the busstation it wasn't made clear in the voucher or on the website. Paying 200 baht or more for a taxi to get from the city to the bus station is more then half of the price from Hua Hin to Pattaya.
