Pier, which pier? It is not clear that I have to be at pier 3! So in stress I had to take a motorbike from pier 1 where the taxi driver dropped me to pier 3. That could have been easy improved by your information on the booking.

Way too cold in business class. Except for this the ferry itself looked modern and safe, and the service was outstanding, and very polite. Not cheap, but I'll prefer to ride on a ferry who seems to be serious about safety.

Five stars from start to finish. We checked in, they put us on a shuttle bus out to pier 3. The boat was fabulous, very clean. We had a/c seats which were great. Small kiosk onboard with snacks. Toilets were spotless, drinking water fountain was available. Left on time and arrived on time.
