Ricarda FWe booked a ride to the Sapa Catholic Church stop and were kicked out in a very unfriendly manner at another stop (at least in Sapa). Since our accommodation had organized a pickup, it had to drive to the new location, which ended up being even more expensive for us. Otherwise, all the employees we met were unfriendly. The transfer from the airport to the office where the bus leaves from was too small, so at least two people had to sit on the floor. The cabin I sat in on the bus was also full of mosquitoes.

Robert The ride to Sapa from Hanoi went well, but the location of the bus pickup point was not clearly described. Even after I contacted the 12Go office, I was not told clearly where to meet the bus. This disaster was only narrowly avoided because the bus arrived late.

Carlota RI did like a lot the bus, and we also had 20 min to go the the toilet and eat something.
I did not like the process of buying the ticket online because important information is missing.
When people book it should only be available if there are in fact available seats. Also, it is not true that there are buses each 15 min. I managed to understand how it works because I found a phone on internet and I could talk to an operator.

Natalia VThe bus arrived on time but the staff from the buss office doesn’t treat you well. They don’t speak English and are very rude when you ask questions. My bf seat didn’t turn into a bed bc it had a hard structure underneath. If you are tall, I don’t recommend this type of trip. You need to arrive at least 20 min before departure so they can print you the seats. We booked the Luxury Van Limousine and we had seats number AX5 and BX5. We were supposed to arrive at Sapa at 5 am but we arrived at 4, so I recommend you to book a night before your arrival do you have a nice sleep. They wake you up shouting SAPAAAA

Fung SA bit late ,we booked 0:30 bus, but the bus was arrived at around 7:00. Don’t be too nervous, it’s so common in Vietnam. Bus inside is okay.

Felix FI arrived on time at the airport, the bus wasn't at the bus stop, so I called the number of the service provider. They told me to wait and they would send someone to pick me up. I waited for 30min then called again, was told to wait again. 1h later still noone, asked again no answer.... I just got asked where I'm at, same place for 1,5 hours without moving (I sent them pictures so did they, it was the same spot 1F 17 ) 2,5 hours later at 2:45 I was told the bus was already really far away and they would pick me up at 7. I asked what I am supposed to do now, no answer..... I ended up spending the night waiting.

Rebecca GWhen we arrived at the office they gave us a ticket for a bus 1 hr earlier. It meant we didn't have time to get food and visit an ATM as planned. The bus was comfortable and the toilet on board was clean. Staff on board were not particularly friendly with no communication at any point in the journey other than to take off shoes. The TV screens didn't work. Some of the USBs did work but not all.
