Small seats were very small, I wish I'd purchased the larger seats.. Bus was refrigerated, as forewarned. Bus left on time, got there on time. No problems.

Trip was fast and successful. Bus was freezing cold in beginning and bumpy mountain pass. 7:15 am bus was as fast as 6:45 am bus. We passed at Chiang Rai station. I had no trouble renewing 30 day tourist visa on USA passport but at border it said...No more visa runs...it was uncertain for a while but was stamped through no problems. Two Thai immigration officials were chuckling when I asked them if I’d have a problem coming back same day...

Road out of Chaing Mai currently dug up so a pretty rough ride. Booked to seats together, 1A & 1B but they weren't together!!

Bus is noisy. Seats are hard and some not adjustable. Toilet needs to be fixed and improved. Urine doesn’t drain and sloshes all over. Need a better system to announce arrival and departures. Drivers are very good.
