Jeanine SToo little information on the trip was given, stops in makeshift places, arrived in Trat to take the ferry no information and then the timetable given by the lady on the spot was wrong. We boarded the boat, no service on board. We arrived in Kho Kut in torrential rain, with no organization for the transfer from the port to the hotel. The staff under their umbrellas pointed out anything, my children, my mother and I were soaked...finally they found out which cab the 4 of us could get into, with the suitcases of the other passages between our legs + our backpacks and our suitcase was put without being fixed or protected on the roof of the cab truck. When we arrived at the hotel, all our stuff was wet. This company was a disaster. We returned with Boonsori and it was impeccable, information, meals and service throughout the trip!
