The bus ride was really good! We left on time, just about 5 minutes later, but it was okay. The bus was nice, each seat had water, snacks, and a blanket. We even had our own screen to watch movies. Most of the movies were in Thai, but that was fine. The funny part was the toilets, they were tiny! If you're big, it might be a problem. And there was a hole beside the toilet where people passing by could see you! But when you gotta go, you gotta go, haha! We were happy that halfway through, we stopped for dinner, which was included in the ticket. The food was good, and the toilets were clean. You could also buy snacks. The drive was supposed to be 10 hours, but we ended up arriving quite late, around 11 hours and 30 minutes. Overall, it was a good service, and we were glad we tried these buses.

AC was not working well and it was very hot and uncomfortable on the 11 hour journey, the bus stopped over 10 times along the way so we had toilet breaks and food stops. The journey seemed to take forever.
Driver was very good and it was a fairly comfortable ride, only downfalls was the AC was blowing warm air and the bus was very old and in bad shape.

There was a lot of sun in the first seat, the curtain didn't cover it well and because of that I spent hours in the sun, and even felt sick with my blood pressure dropping. Otherwise, it was okay.
The system for getting food was also not very detailed, I didn't understand it and ended up not getting it. Communication could be improved for tourists.

There was no food, even if it was a VIP trip, just a bottle of water and biscuits.
The bus arrived more than 2 hours earlier, in the middle of the night, and make us going down really quickly. When I went out from the bus my luggage was already thrown in the middle of the street.

The people from the Bangkok travel office took us to the bus terminal and just left us there with zero instructions whatsoever. We were wondering around not sure where to go and tried to get help but no one knew our company. Eventually someone found us and took us to a bus which was meant to be vip but really wasn’t very comfortable at all and the toilet was awful. Not nice to be on for 12 hours
