Barbora KThis company is a good way to book bus tickets from outside of Morrocco (we didn't have a different option at the time), however, the bus was overbooked - we didn't have any seats and we almost couldn't travel. Eventually, after a half an hour negotiation 2 other passengers got out so that we can travel (I was in a shock). Locals then explained to us that this often happens with the bus company Tassaout, therefore I'd recommend to avoid it. The ticket provider should also do some steps to avoid such situation happening again.

Barney WWas given the wrong ticket date, was refused bording then told at the office it was our fault for not double checking the date (although we did not know this was meant to be the date of travel) and we would need to get the next bus in 2 hours. Would give 1 star, however we managed to get on the right bus at the last moemnt
