Arrived 2.5hrs late, all vehicles and ferry were very old and in bad shape. None of the staff at the ferry terminal had any idea what was going on and we were left waiting for ages. Avoid if you can and go with another company

The ferry has seen better days and yiu need to climb up and tgen diwn some very steep ladders with your suitcases. To leave the ferry there is no one directing the tragic, so walking passengers and cars kind of all leave at the same time, so while you wait for the door to open you are breathing all tge vehicles smoke for quite a while. The trip itself was fine and bring a large boat means the weather conditions don't really affect you. There was a thunderstorm and I didnt even notice it. For a night trip with bad weather, I recommended it. But be aware leaving times are aproximate, we left one and a half hours late.

Transport through mini van until bus was not comfortable at all. More over no instructions provided regarding the schedule. Only information was pick up is there from Ao nang police box. The ticket didn't mention from Ao nang police box how will be the transport and from where the bus journey will start, nothing was informed.

The ferry was outdated, but it left on time. The bus transport was ok, but we had an unexpected 1 hour stop in Surat Thani. During the second bus drive, there was no communication at all about break times and we were very confused when the driver suddenly stopped at the middle of a busy road in Phuket and told us we had to get out. We were supposed to get dropped of at the airport, but we were nowhere near the airport. When we asked the staff member where the terminal was, she pointed to two people on the road and told us that they would transfer us. We left the bus and asked these people on the road. However, it turned out that there was no transfer and these people did not know anything. We had to book an expensive taxi, since the airport was more than 15 minutes away! Really bad service.

The ferry was delayed and very little information was given, we were then told to get on another ferry 1 hour later but that took twice as long! We had a flight to catch on the mainland and had given ourselves plenty of time (luckily) we got to surat thani almost 3hrs later than planned. The boat was very old and didn't smell great, id advise spending the extra money and catching the catamaran

The ferry left an hour late but we were in no rush. The Raja or SeaTran ferries are slower but very comfortable. It was a nice trip.

Was a rusty lump puffing black diesel smoke but it took us nice and slowly to our destination port. Departed at around 8:15 arrived at 11:00. So make sure to book any connections with plenty of time. The bus had to wait due to delayed passengers from other ferries. Arrived at the airport 20 minutes later than expected.

A few other guest were not happy with the rest stop and threatened to call the police on the driver if they were not taking somewhere better which was quiet enjoyable to watch

Pick up was on time and easy to find. Then we were brought to a travel agency downtown Surat Thani where we had to wait for nearly two hours. From there, another driver brought us to the ferry terminal. Both drivers drove way too fast. At the ferry terminal we were informed that our ferry was cancelled so we had to wait for another one and a half hour. Raja ferry operates with very old ferries and turns out Seatran (newer boats, on time service) would have been the better pick.

Selected the clearly displayed bus and ferry option, only to find out that the ferry was not included so had to pay more at check in. They provided a van to take us to the bus so had to change, inconvenient. The bus we got was way past expiry date. Anyway, two stars for arriving at the pier in the end

Not easy to climb the stairs with our luggage as you enter where the cars enter .
The store in the boat was closed , no time to take a coffee before boarding the bus . The bus was comfortable.

Compared to our way to Koh samui, we took Phantip on that way, this was much worse experience. Had to go up early to get to the ferry, but still had to wait 1.5 hour at the ferry, the Raya ferry is in horrible condition and you have to walk on high steps next to the trucks boarding at the same time to get to the passenger area. Bad AC in the ferry and almost nothing to buy in the store. Stressful to get off the ferry as the bus was almost leaving when we got off and had to press through between the trucks to get off, bus had bad AC so it got hot in it, and also had a stop in the middle of Surat Thani to drop off a couple of people and got stuck in trafic instead of the other company that went around the city.
I would not recommend this company, the price difference to Phantip is too small so definitely not worth it.

Ferry was comfortable, departed and arrived on time, but the wait time between ferry and bus was too much, ladies at the counter were supposed to let me know that the bus arrived (because it was arriving late) and I had to reach out to them in order to know if the bus that was there was the right one
