Nicole MThe service was great! The seats are comfy and you get food and drinks. You can watch movies on the screen but they are all Thai and dont have subtitles. The toilet was clean. The only con is that you cant choose your seats. I was all the way in the back and sat on top of the motor. My seat was vibrating the whole time and because we were all the way in the back we felt all the bumps in the street. The streets are very bumpy. If you tend to get carsick, i definitely recommend taking some pills with you.

sophie ATo be honest we did not have high hopes at the sound of a 10 hour bus that did not include beds, but my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised! We had a smooth and comfortable journey, with food, recliner seats, and a bathroom on board. Easy to navigate and check in. For the price, we have no complaints

Noemie GFirst, we arrived at the Nakonchai Air station and we realized that it was the wrong station. Thankfully, the staff of the station, very kind, changed the station of departure so we didn't have to go to the original one.
We booked a first class bus and it was really great. The seats were really confortable and could be almost horizontal, without disturbing the passengers behind. We could really rest (they turn off the light and there are curtains)
They gave us blankets and there was even little screens like in planes (with games, music and films in thai), but we personally did not use it.
They gave us water bottles, a snack (little drink and biscuits), a diner (little sandwitches) and another little drink just before arriving.
The toilets were clean and we even arrived 1 hour in advance.
The diner is light so I recommend you take some more snacks in a 7-eleven before.
For the rest, I really recommend this trip !

Christopher KI wish we had booked directly with the bus company, because using 12Go does not allow for picking seats, so we were not seated together. The busses this company uses have dated quite a bit over the years and are not as clean or impressive as they once were. We also arrived an hour late, which was strange as there was no traffic. Still relatively a better experience than some other public busses.

Everything was smooth, they provided snacks like a sandwich, chips and water. They also were super attentive. The AC was on the whole trip so it didn't felt hot inside, and they provide blankets to everyone in case you're cold. Toilets had what needed and there was reclining sits with screens (which I didn't used but seemed to work fine). I was able to sleep for most part of the trip, as they turned off the lights and made it comfortable for the passengers. The staff at the desk were also very helpful and spoke well English. Would definitely recommend if you're thinking of traveling by bus through Thailand!

Differences betweent the normal and First class is:
First class:
-You get your individual seat without having to share row.
-seats feel more premium as they have a tray table, but on both classes they recline, have screens, usb port, snacks and blankets.
-Toilets are better on the first class as they are a bit bigger/cleaner.
Basically the only big difference is the individual seat (without having to share row). But otherwise they're mostly the same.
Would definitely recommend if you're thinking of traveling by bus through Thailand!

Johannes Ain 1 word perfect, why ? because of a 7 hour drive to Uttaradit sitting in a very comfy chair. i am 1.94 tall so most chairs are not ok for me. Nakhonchai Air gave me a very comfy ride and even slept for a few hours. the first class is for me the best so ever and even better as the train. although the train is faster ............

Lizzie RI got on the bus in Rayong. There was only 1 twenty minute stop just before ,10pm.
We got to Chiang mai at 09.30 am, which was an hour and a half late.
Overall the bus driver and staff on the bus were lovely and very helpful.

Helis SIt is probably one of the best bus rides you could get on the Bangkok-Chiang Mai route. Quite a bit of leg room and reclining seats. The bus felt a bit outdated, but it is still quite comfortable. There are a few simple things that would make this journey better. Like wifi in the bus, or at least one quick stop in the middle. Because the toilet gets quite stinky over the almost 11h bus ride, also the entertainment system/ screen was very old, there are movies but for watching you need your own earphones.
Another thing what bother us was that the girl working as a server in the bus was racist against my partner.. Polite customer service would be something to think about..

John ONice and spacious bus on the first class. Lots of room and lovely staff member. Will use again. We have used this service a few times now and apart from arriving an hour late it is excellent. Also it doesn’t matter to arrive late as you are very comfortable anyway.

Swan HThis is a really terrible bus company.
There was no proper vehicle inspection, and the departure time was not accurate. Now the bus has a mechanical problem and the trip is being seriously delayed. There is still no replacement bus yet.
The problem started at 9:30 PM, and now it is already 12:51 AM.
This situation is extremely bad and unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this bus company. Do not take this bus line.

They provide you with snacks and drinks, even with a meal included. The seats are very spacious and comfortable. I can really recommend this to everyone

Rachele PIl viaggio di per sé é andato molto bene, ci sono stati dei problemi con la location della stazione. Fate attenzione a quale stazione di Mochit, ce ne sono due e considerate bene i tempi perché sono 5 km l’una dall’altra mi pare. Con il traffico ci si mette un bel po’. Almeno che non vogliate provare la mia stessa esperienza in motorino senza casco con gli zaini ai 100 km/h, per correre a prendere il bus alla stazione giusta! Per mia fortuna il bus era in ritardo! Enjoy:)

May The trip to NongKhai was amazing. The operator gave us loads of food, wonderful! The lounge there at Nongkhonchai Station was great and The seats on the bus were so comfortable with massage function. The air gets cooler as it departed. If only the management team could fix where our head placed, that would be great. The neck was hurt after I slept for an hour. Apart from that, that experience was A star, first class.357032724567E+24; Will take this bus again. Great work!

Nicole MBus was clean. The seats reclined so you could get comfortable but they weren’t very wide. We were provided with snacks and water and multiple stops along the way. Overall good experience and the pick up and drop off were on time

Vinimay KIt is the best quality bus service between CNX and BKK. On-time departure and on time arrival. The buses are clean. The seats are the best design with motorised recline and leg support. The recline does not bother the people behind. An actual functional entertainment system. Overall, Everything was perfect except one thing. The blanket is too thin for 16 degrees celsius inside the cabin.
