DK Van

The driver and his helper were very nice. Except I was Not told when I purchased the ticket that I had to pay to bring additional luggage. Also finding someone who speaks English or know who/what DK Van is is a nightmare. Probably one of the worst travel experiences I have Ever had. I already For my return but i will not be taking their van. Their DK office is a little hut on the side of the street. Clearly not an office and they don’t speak English either. I will Probably catch a Gran back to Bangkok as I’d rather pay more money to not have to deal with the hassle that is DK. I wouldnt Book through DK or 12go again.

Left 15 mins earlier. Overall is ok. No problems we faced.

Not the most direct route. van is old with incomfortable seats and the suspensions are dead - a better option is to go the intl airport and take the bus to Pattaya from there

I reached DK office by 10:10 for my 10:30 bus and was told that 10:30 bus has already left and I should go on 11 AM one. And there was one guy on the bus who said he has been there since 9:50 and no bus had left.

Driver good but no english Tried to get me to pay double for my bag Where I got the van from were rude and didn't care that I booked to leave at 9am due to a flight I needed to catch from Don Meaung. Van left 40 minutes late Will not use this service again

Very poor seating in van. Not comfortable as it's too small & no space to keep luggage.

Would be useful for foreigners if we were provided with a map to locate the counter at Mochit. Tight squeeze van and uncertainty as to where/when stops were, but value for money.

Old bus but worth the price! If you complain, take more expensive bus!

Left on time, arrived early. Checking in was easy. Air conditioning was slightly lacking, but otherwise a perfectly good trip!

The van driver was so helpful

We were allowed to board an earlier bus than expected. The bus stop was difficult to find, not many signposts available, highlighting where to go. We are travellers and had big bags and we had to place them in the doorway. So every time somebody boarded or departed we had to either hold or move them, this is extremely difficult on us. There needs to be something sorted regarding large luggage, or any luggage to be honest. We were dropped off at a different point to the one shown on the drop-off map when we booked online, this is extremely frustrating for us as we had to walk 3km to our hotel.

Little bit cramped but can't really complain about that for such a cheap journey. Stopped to let our friend out for a wee when she was desperate which was nice of him. Air con was great!

Chaufførerne talte ikke engelsk. Men turen gik fint, og var meget billig, 150 bath. Bilen var gammel og der er ikke meget plads til bagage, så husk at bestille et ekstra sæde. Vi var kun 5 i vores og kun vores store kufferter. Vi blev mødt at 2 mænd der ville køre os til hotellet. De ville have 1800 bath, gik hurtig ned på 900 bath. Vi fandt hurtig en anden taxa og blev enig om 400 bath. Næste gang vil jeg hellere tage en taxa fra Pattaya til hotellet i Bangkok og ofre de 220kr mere. Det ville vare mere konfontabelt, og meget hurtigere.

The driver didn’t speak english, so it was difricult to know where I should go out of the van. The van itself was already quite old, but you can expect that, considering incredibly low price of a trip.

Driver stops every spot and collect pasangers and eating everywhere.

Rating is only for the driver gettin us to Pattaya almost 1 hour early. The terminal is far from transport so you are at the mercy of overcharging taxi divers. The van was dirty and had Spilled liquid and trash under the seat. I spent most of the ride fighting off ants crawling on me.

Good, but take to long, as stopping many station..

12goAsia are always on point..booking was easy. Not a big fan of the DK van...too cramped if you have bags not very much room....take a Cab. However for anything booking use 12go Asia..they are great.
