• IMPORTANT: You can be switched among Van VIP/ Bus sleeper/ Seater bus during your trip, and Virak Buntham has 3 different sleeper bus types. All has already calculated on the paid ticket fares. Please be ready and follow staff's instruction.
• Transit time can be up to hours. Arrival time can sometimes be later about 1 - 2 hours to scheduled, so please don't book another trip too close to the arrival time.
• Please be at the departure point (Virak Buntham office) at least 45 minutes before departure time for check-in procedure.
• Children would be counted as adult and have to buy normal tickets.

• Virak Buntham will only confirm bookings 90 days before departure; normally they will be confirmed within 24 - 48 hours after purchase, there could be a little delay during weekend.

• Those entering Vietnam must already have the visa prior to departure, if a Visa is required. You would need to do immigration procedure yourself, and please proceed as fast as you can because the bus is not allowed to wait at the border checkpoint too long, it may leave without you and this is not operator's responsibility.
• The border crossings are Bavet on the Cambodian side and Moc Bai on the Vietnamese.
