(z.B. VIP Züge in Thailand).

Man muss also eine Wahl treffen!

This did not work out well at all. I arrived well ahead of schedule for the 10.30am bus to Nanning. I waited outside on a chair next to the office. Eventually a small bus turned up to collect about 45 minutes late at 11.15am. After picking up another passenger we proceded to drive out of town, until we stopped, while the driver got out of the vechile for around 15-20 minutes. We then drove on a little further and stopped once again. Eventully., another bus turned up which we were instructed to change into. This bus already had 3 others in it and then we started driving to Lang Son and all was okay. I was then asked to pay an extra 200,000 by the driver , which Grouptour or 12GoAsia had not told me about before the trip. Then, as we approached Lang Son, the driver began dropping off some passengers but did not seem to know where I was going and kept trying to ask . I repeatedly said I was going to Nanning. In Lang Son, we were asked to get off the bus and then I was transferred into a car with another two passengers. The driver then drove me to the border crossing and dropped me off. As I got out at the station, I had no idea where to go and was told by different members of staff to go to different places. Eventually, I found one of the green electric cars that transported me up to the exit border for Vietnam / entry for China. Going through the border itself was straightforward but after coming out I had no idea what to do or where to go. Grouptour did not supply me with a pass or card as it said they would on the ticket and so it appeared I had just been abandoned at the border and that the next bus was not going to be collecting me. Eventually I managed to negotiate a car share taxi to Nanning, which cost me 100RMB. A very poor service and I certainly would not do it again. This is no way to treat a paying customer.

The trip was very easy, the tickets were at the desk in the station and the train ran to time. The beds were very comfy.
