Bagan nach Aung Mingalar Reiseziel-Rezensionen

Bus VIP, JJ Express, 09.12.2019
with shuttle service, you get a snack box, top service
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 02.12.2019
Bus VIP, Bagan Min Tha, 26.11.2019
Pick up service doesn't work. We had to take a taxi. Arctic coldness in the bus.
Flugzeug Economy, Myanmar National Airlines, 12.10.2019
Great flight, very modern plane (1 year old ATR 72), departed early
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 20.03.2020
Bus Business, Elite Express, 11.03.2020
Excellent journey, comfortable & arrived 2 hrs early Some confusion with disembarkation - initially stopped at taxi area 2 miles before bus station to encourage customers to get off early
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 09.02.2020
Overall good experience. Train was late, instead 9:30 arriving at 15:00. Was super hot at the day time.
Bus VIP 31, Mandalar Minn Express, 06.02.2020
They came to pick me up to my hotel for free. (You need to call them for pick up, though). Very comfortable seat, with thick blanket. They offerred nice hot coffee before departure, and nice cold towel and toothbrush, etc. for 30-minute break. Everyone needs to get off the bus for the 30-minutes break for security reasons (as the driver locks the door).
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 01.02.2020
An incredible experience. Facilities were adequate but expected.
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 15.01.2020
We had nice seats and the staff was very kind. Only the food and drinks onboard were a bit more expensive then if you’d buy it outside. But overal good experience!
Bus VIP, JJ Express, 08.01.2020
The driver was driving very fast. Way too fast.
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 21.12.2019
Personally I'd rate our experience 5 stars because it worked out for us, but the train left nearly 7 hours late and was slower than expected. We left at 10:30pm(meant to be 4pm) and arrived in Yangon at 6pm the next day (meant to be 9:30am). We didn't have any connections to make though, and the ride through the vast farming land and villages was actually quite a relaxing way to spend the day. The 2 of us were the only ones in the sleeper berth carriage which has 2 long thin beds and 8 more regular seats which flatten out into very short "beds", surprisingly easy to sleep even with the loud noise and rocking of the train. No food in the carriage as its separate from the rest of the train, but people in villages will come up to the window with reasonably priced fruits and food. If you've got the time and no flights to make I'd recommend the train, otherwise avoid it.
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 16.12.2019
The experience was great. We knew the train was slower than the bus and the conditions were a bit more rudimentary. We got a 4 bed cabin with toilet. Beds were ok. The train is noisy and in the night it gets cold (no glass for the windows). Bring your own food or expect to pay quite a lot for the fried rice and vegetables that the train offers. Once we got in the train we were asked for what we'd like for dinner and breakfast. We thought the meals were included as they didn't mentioned the price and it was the first thing we had to do once in the train. Our surprise came the day after when we had to pay 34.500mmk for x4 fried rice, x4 vegetables, x2 coffees and a water. If we had known the meals weren't included we wouldn't have ordered so much food.
Bus VIP, JJ Express, 16.12.2019
Seamless and safe journey back from Bagan to Yangon. Complimentary transfer bus pickup directly from hotel to bus terminal, and bus to Yangon city area too. Good stopovers/toilet break and in-bus snack & water.
Flugzeug Economy, Air KBZ, 27.11.2019
Compagnie fiable, à l'heure. Avion récent et bien entretenu (ATR français). Service correct. Je recommande.
Bus VIP, JJ Express, 14.11.2019
Safe and on time. Relatively comfy seats with snacks and drink. Stop overs were well timed.
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 10.11.2019
More uncomfortly ,unclean, nasty toilet than expected ,from a 1. Class sleeper
Flugzeug Economy, Air KBZ, 07.11.2019
Good airline, they offered us a light meal even being a short flight. I just don't give 5* because the flight arrived delayed and also the back seats didn't move.
Bus VIP, JJ Express, 30.10.2019
Not too bad, seats are comfy and spacious. My screen is not working! Would be better if transport was provided after arriving at the bus station (which is really far from the city) as these taxi drivers around once we alighted were all surrounding and trying to scam us with ridiculous price just to get to the city.
Bus VIP 31, Mandalar Minn Express, 04.10.2019
Got picked up at hotel by bus company staff to terminal. Comfy seats, hot coffee before departure..snacks and extra drinks were distributed. Stopped for a meal and continue journey. Over all pleasant ride from 9pm to 6am.
Bus VIP, JJ Express, 25.08.2019
Very good attendant and driver! ????
Bus VIP, JJ Express, 25.08.2019
The BUS is def one of the most comfortable I've been and the staff is also very friendly and helpful during the trip. However, you must be aware that at least half of the trip is made in bumpy roads and you have to be open minded in order to not be afraid. There's about 500km done in a Highway (from 00 to 5am aprox) and you can organize yourself to have a rest / sleep in this specific time slot. One thing I must point out and really disliked, is the drop off situation. We're asked by the JJ staff where we wanted to exit - there were two stops, bus station and downtown. We replied that we wanted to exit in the downtown next to Sude Pagoda because our hotel was there. Entering Yangon, you have to switch to a smaller BUS that is supposed to take you to one of the exits you chose: bus station or downtown. Well, this BUS only made one stop that was the BUS station and made everyone leave. Downtown stop was not a stop and as soon as you exit the BUS you are approached by taxi drivers that want to take you. This seems like a scheme to make everyone catch a taxi. My advise is that everyone uses Grab as soon they arrive at this station and avoid using those taxis waiting. At least you pay for a fair price and avoid dealing with this unpleasant situation at 7 in the morning.
Bus Express, Bagan Min Tha, 19.08.2019
Fast and tummy was happy!
Bus Economy 45, Mandalar Minn Express, 31.07.2019
I bought an express ticket from Bagan to Aung Mingular but instead this bus makes multiple stops along the way to pickup random people by the roadside. I think this wasted time and we were not informed about it. The music is turned on super loud and it was only lowered after we complained. On a 9 hour bus ride, you tend to want to get some sleep but this was impossible due to the loud music. The bus conductor also did not tell us how long a stop would be, so we had to constantly check so that we can manage time and not get left behind. I know its an economy ticket but the cleanliness on the bus really does need to be improved.
Bus VIP, JJ Express, 07.07.2019
very good. With free fetching service. Nice bus. Relaxing
Bus VIP, JJ Express, 26.06.2019
Not headphones, there was no electricity connection.
Zug #62 Schlafwagen, Myanmar Railways, 23.06.2019
Overall, It was a good experience .Tickets were delivered to the Hotel in Yangon per our agreement during booking process. This service was not granted on the return from Bagan to Yangon. If I had to make any recommendation, it would be to remodel the sleeping coach. It was old and the restroom was absolutely disgusting.
