(z.B. VIP Züge in Thailand)
Man muss also eine Wahl treffen!
Great trip but the driver was a bit crazy on the road
nice to have food and water but bus really smelly (toilet) and trip very long
Krabi - Bangkok. Well worth the money. Everything okay, no information in English but I happened to be seated next to a very friendly man who spoke English so no problem for me. Lunch was included which I did not know but very good. The journey for me went very fast because I'm a good sleeper. The bus arrived 21 instead of 20.
Comfortable seats that reclined, 12go got the exact seats we wanted. Only issues were things out of their control, reading lights not working and no toilet paper.
It was a good ride! The meal in between was great (first bus ride in Asia for us).
Deducted one star because I cannot handle the way Thai people are passing each other on the highway.
We got off early because we realized the Northern terminal was way closer to out hostel. That was no problem. Easy! :)
It was late 1.5 hours. So had to change all plans. We were lucky that we went to plane
The journey was as I expected - very long! Getting on to the bus at Krabi Bus Station was not a problem - very friendly, helpful staff - helped load luggage on to bus and helped me to my seat. Most of the passengers were Thai nationals, however, there were non-Thais on board including myself and even if staff could speak a little English and give basic instructions that would be an improvement - I have learnt a few words in Thai to help with communication so I have made the effort! The bus was as expected - basic but comfortable. There were only two stops for toilet breaks/food on the way - maybe an additional stop would have made the journey even more comfortable. The bus did arrive a little late in Bangkok but I had accepted at the start of the journey that this might happen - the bus arrived approximately 21.15 p.m. Maybe Lignite could revise their arrival time so as to avoid disappointment amongst passengers. Arriving at Bangkok Bus Terminal there were plenty of taxis to take passengers on to hotels etc. Overall, this is a long journey and the bus is comfortable but do not expect luxury.
Seats were comfortable, but we arrived with 1,5 h delay.
The trip arrival was one hour late (it was expected to arrive al 20:00 and it darrived at 21:00). Also they didn't have someone who explained the instructions in english, not even basic ones.
The bus didn't stop on the Nothern Terminal. The crew wasn't talking an English even a little.
A bit cold near air conditioning
Good service. For this price.
We wanted to get off but the bus after the bus stopped and left very quickly and we were in the front top of the bus and couldn't understand what she was saying. We told her to please wait and she wouldn't let us or another group of people off the bus when we wanted to.
Had to stop for 12h because of the flood damaging a bridge. Were taken care of nicely and got free meals. Bus operators did not speak a word of english though and there was no option to charge the phone in the bus.
Arrived late, didn't reach bkk in time
Great smooth ride. As others have mentioned the bus is kept nice and cool so bring a sweater, the small blanket helps but may not be sufficient for some.

The only reason I leave a two is because of the passenger next to me. He wouldn't stop touching me and staring at me. The aircon was also very limited and it got very hot in the middle of the day. But staff were good and the service was good
The service during trip was ok, attendant was nice and spoke english. They give you a light meal and they make a stop so you can buy some dinner. Bad thing: the bus was almost an hour late and the driver was driving like crazy on roads that were in bad condition
i wish that the volume of the music and movie would not be turned up so loud. also the seats in our row were missing the pockets so we were not able to store our things easily.
The bus was delayed for 1.5hours,unforgettable
Comfortable except no leg room, only a cracker snack provided and a stop at a finih hall.
2 hours delay, 14 hours instead of 12. No cooked food for vegetarians. Only raw vegs. But yes trip was safe.
Good bus company. Lunch and snack included in the price and we got to see movies in Thai... What an experience. Take some extra snacks that would be a must and a book coz this is going to be a long ride til Bangkok!
I enjoyed the bus journey I took from Krabi to Bangkok. The bus is clean and comes with a toilet, and you get onboard snacks, water, soy milk and the bus does a stop for an evening meal which is free with the ticket. If you are still hungry there are stalls to buy street food etc. but for me these weren't needed. I did take my own snacks just incase but didn't need them, although they are good to have just in case. The one thing I would say is that because the English of the staff is limited (which is fine, we are in Thailand after all) it wasn't immediately clear that we had stopped for food and although it does become obvious, maybe a little card in English could be handed to people explaining the food and the length of the stop, just for peace of mind. It was a great journey however all in all.
good transportation & services
Safe drive, and fun to stay in a comfortable seat. Thank you.
What i like the most is: the driver drove safely.
There was so bad smell from the bathroom and the bus was not very clean. The rest ok, and the hostes was very nice and friendly.
Th staff was nice, we had water and snack before start and lunch was include in tickets.
Bus was not very comfortable (Express Krabi-Bangkok 8am-8pm)
We never had an explanation for stops in English (breaks, time of break, bus stop, etc.) I know buses are more used by Thai instead foreigners but simple sentences like "bus stop XXX" or "lunch time 20min" could help us a lot instead of following people like sheeps :/
Staff really nice, but lot of delay.
Except that the trip was nice.
Thank you very much for your comment. There is usually no delay on this route, it surprises us. But we are glad you enjoyed the trip.
Bus was on time and comfortable.
Improvements: Driver should inform in english language about breaks and break durations.
Furthermore, WiFi should be available in the buses.
Thank you for your comment, Julia. Bus drivers in Thailand normally do not speak English and availability of WiFi depends on the operator.
