Der Bus war gut bis sehr gut. Man hatte genügend Platz, der Fahrer war angenehm und der Bus war sauber. Allerdings stimmte die Abfahrtszeit nicht mit der Buchung überein. Wir fuhren 50min vor geplanter Zeit ab. Dies wurde uns per WhatsApp am Abend vorher mitgeteilt. Alles in allem ein guter Service!

Overall the trip was OK, the first leg way a limousine to tam coc which only had me and 1 more passenger
After that, I went on the 7:30 pm sleeper from tam coc.
Turns out there are later sleepers but I didn't have the option to book them on 12go and also when I asked there if I could switch I was told that I couldnt
The sleeper had a very long stop (about 2 hours) Ina gas station about an hour from tam coc, and the people boarded and slept on the aisle so getting in and out was pretty hard and had to walk over them

Plus we arrived 1.30 hour early so instead of 6 am it was 5 am
So I had to get a hostel because it’s not like I can set in a coffee shop in this hour

This trip was so bad and not what we paid for at all. We arrived an hour before the trip started at the Hanoi office, because we wanted everything to go smoothly. An hour later a random man came and picked us up. He drove us to some big road, and just dropped of us on the side of the road and told us to wait for the bus. But the bus didn’t come, so we talked to some of the locals that were standing there, and they told us that we were at the wrong spot. We called hotline and they just said that the staff made a mistake, but they would fix it. They send a new man to pick us up, and he drove us to another place. We were again dropped of on the side of the road, but this time there was a booking office there. So we talked to the lady in the office, who said that our bus to Da Nang had left, even though the man from hotline told us that the bus would be there when we arrived. We called him again, and then he said that we should get on this random bus to Ninh Binh. We didn’t feel that safe at this point, because we would be dropped of in Ninh Binh at 9 in the evening. But it was only option. We asked the man from hotline if we could just stay on the bus the whole trip to Da nang, because the bus was also going to Da Nang. But the man from hotline told us that we should change buses in Ninh Binh, because we paid for a VIP bus, and the bus we were currently on wasn’t a VIP bus. When we arrived in Ninh Binh

La première partie du trajet entre Sapa et Tam Coc était parfaite avec une prise en charge attentionnée au départ, pendant le trajet et à l'arrivée par le chauffeur et les équipes de SDT. Puis tout est devenu extrêmement décevant après le changement de bus. Le chauffeur du bus HK Open Tour n'avait pas la liste des voyageurs. Les coffres à bagages étaient remplis de marchandises et nous avons dû voyager avec nos sacs. Le chauffeur conduisait très agressivement, en klaxonnant sans cesse. Des gens n'ont cessé de monter et descendre en s'entassent à 2 sur les sièges couchettes VIP 20, ou dans le couloir. Le bus devait me déposer à 7h30 de matin à Hué. A 6h40, nous étions déjà à Da Nang sans que le bus ne s'arrête comme prévu à SDT Hué Office. A Da Nang, le chauffeur à fait descendre tout le monde devant une échoppe ou des personnes attendaient les marchandises. Quand j'ai demandé au chauffeur pourquoi il ne s'était pas arrêté à Hué, il l'a répondu que les bus qui prennent la voie rapide ne s'arrêtent pas à Hué (???). Il s'est pourtant arrêté une bonne dizaine de fois pour charger ou déposer, en pleine campagne, des gens. Il m'a dit que pour aller à Hué, il fallait que j'aille à la station de bus pour retourner sur mes pas. Comme j'insistais sur le fait que j'avais payé pour aller a Hué et qu'il n'avait pas respecté le contrat, il est allé chercher un scooter pour nous amener, ma femme et moi à la station de bus et il a payé les billets pour la navette régulière Da Nang - Hué. Je suis arrivé avec 2h de retard sur l'horaire initialement prévu.
SDT est une jeune compagnie, certes, mais il n'est pas normal qu'elle contractualise ainsi avec des compagnies de bus qui n'ont aucune attention pour les voyageurs, alors que nous avons payé le prix fort pour voyager en VIP 20 et ne pas avoir ce type de souci. Malheureusement, je vais rejoindre la longue liste de ceux qui, sur TripAdvisor, Google et les sites de voyageurs, déconseillent de faire appel à leurs services.

The driver did not believe that I had paid online and was demanding I pay him Ð120000. He could not understand English so didn’t believe the receipt I had which mentioned ‘PAID’. He finally got onto his boss and let me go. He also thought I was going to Hanoi and was gesturing I get onto the transfer bus. I was not going to Hanoi. Otherwise ride was fine and smooth going.

Instead of going to the station at the address in Hue clearly stated several times in the booking (7 Doi Cung) we stopped in the middle of nowhere and were told this was the final stop. It was over 3km away from the destination address stated in the ticket. Several people complained but they just told us “we don’t care, if you don’t like it you can call the hotline”. Our demands to provide transportation to the city were ignored. I ended up having to pay for a Grab out of my own pocket and had to wait over an hour because it was so early in the morning that there were almost no drivers.
Additionally, the bus was very cramped and the beds too narrow for an average size European man (5’11) and that is already with the more expensive “local cabin” option.
I have to say that I rarely leave bad reviews and I am used to a lot when traveling, but leaving passengers stranded somewhere other than they had booked is not only horrible customer service but in a foreign country for solo travelers (especially female) can potentially even be dangerous. Very reckless.

Great Transport! VIP Shuttle from Mai Chau to Tam Coc and Sleeper 20 to Hue. Transfer in Tam Coc was a little chaotic (nearly forgot to transfer me to the sleeper), but apart of that a well organized trip in comfortable vehicles. Bring a jacket and socks for aircon in the sleeper may be quite cold. Arrived in time.

We had in total 1 1/2 hours delay. At first we need to wait for an hour at the office to wait for the taxi. Then the taxi got us a bit outside of Hanoi where we need to wait another half an hour to wait for the limousine. All in all of the Limousine was fine, but the waiting was annoying. We booked VIP 20 from Tam Coc to Da Nang - the first bus we were on was awesome - very new, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately at 7:30 in the morning everyone was abruptly shoved off the bus in Hue and put onto an extremely crammed + uncomfortable van for the rest of the journey. No explanation given, not listed on the itinerary or I would’ve booked an alternative so as to actually sleep the night.

The bus was comfortable and large enough to lay down and get some sleep. There was a toilet on board so we didn’t need any stops during the 8 hour journey. The driver didn’t make many stops for parcels/pick ups like we’ve experienced before in Vietnam. Had to wait for an hour at a roadside office in Danang, was given no information and not treated particularly well by the staff. When the car eventually picked us up an hour later to take us to Hoi An I expressed that I wasn’t happy to have been made to wait and not told why and they didn’t give me an explanation. This was early in the morning, and I would have loved some support.

Très bon voyage de Hoi An à Ninh Binh dans un bus propre et bien équipé. Toilette propre et couverture présente. Des vrais lits. Juste un peu bizarre au début car on vous donne rdv à Hoi an et un taxi finit par vous récupérer pour vous emmener à Da Nang et cela bien entendu sans explication …

Die Pickup Station in Hue ist eine Art Garage, die aufgrund dessen nicht leicht zu finden ist. Vor Ort wurde uns bestätigt, dass wir richtig sind und wir wurden an das Café nebenan zum Warten verwiesen. Man wird vor Ort mit einem Mini-Van zum VIP Bus gefahren. Aus dem Fenster sahen wir, dass der Mini-Van ohne uns losgefahren ist. Die Garage war zu und der Fahrer hatte uns vergessen. Wir kontaktieren die Agentur, die uns einen weiteren Fahrer schickte und uns nachträglich zum VIP Bus fuhr. Trotz des Chaos war der Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft gut und wir haben pünktlich unser Ziel erreicht. Auch wenn das Personal kaum englisch spricht, war es freundlich und wussten sich dank Google Translater zu helfen. Pausen fanden regelmäßig und angekündigt statt. Der VIP Bus war gut ausgestattet, es gab eine dickere Decke. Allerdings war der Bus etwas kalt.

The night bus itself was very comfortable, but the bus was very late, departing 2h later than planned (they warned us during the departure day) and arriving at 11:00 instead of 8:00 at Hoi An !
We weren't told, but at Hue we had to change bus and wait for 2h for the next one, that did not have enough sits for all the travellers (beware of the mototaxi men that are on the bus and that will try to extort you enormous amounts of money in exchange for taking you in the town center for breakfast)

I wouldn't recommend this! They put those of us on Tam Coc last so we had the shared space with 3 people at the back. I was lucky it was two women I was with as if it was two guys I would have felt unsafe as you're pretty much on top of eachother. Was in the middle space so no space for my stuff and the bed was too short, overall barely slept. Then they took us off the bus in De Nang where we waited almost two hours for a car to come to bring us to Hoi An. Wish I'd just paid for a budget sleeper and had my own space rather than paid extra for a VIP to share a space with strangers.

Taxi to the bus station dropped us at the wrong location and we missed the bus after waiting for an hour. Sapa discovery had to get the bus to wait for us as we chased it in another taxi, and then the bus didn’t drop us off at long restaurant in tam coc either just left us on the side of the road

Le trajet en lui même ne s’est pas trop mal passé mais j’en veux plutôt à la compagnie de bus! J’avais réservé et payé un bus de la plus haute catégorie et ils nous ont mis dans un bus dont les tickets sont 10€ moins cher!
La dame de contact m’avait également fourni une mauvaise adresse pour le pick up point.
De plus, nous sommes arrivés avec 1h30 d’avance sur l’horaire indiqué … nous sommes donc arrivés en pleine nuit et avons du patienter un long moment avant de pouvoir accéder à notre Homestay.

El viaje era de 3 horas y tardo 5 horas, porque se paso las dos primeras horas recogiendo a gente por cada homestay, cuando solo había una parada establecida "The Long Restaurante". Por otro no es muy cómodo, hay poco espacio para poner las piernas. El conductor iba hablando por teléfono con los cascos mientras conducía. No recomiendo viajar con esta compañía.

The bus was in fine condition but the beds were so small and uncomfortable. I’m not tall, but I wasn’t able to lie down. There were men sleeping in the floor and they wouldn’t move so we could get in to our bunk. We literally had to walk on them. Easy and fast way to get a long way in Vietnam, but definitely not comfortable

The real bus company is queen cafe bus, which has really old bus.
The seats can not move anymore, the electronics things like the remote controller for the seat or the TV are broken

horrible, upon arriving 30 minutes before the scheduled time, a young girl ordered me to get into a taxi then he took us to a high speed road where we were told to get in immediately (the whole thing had the looks like a kidnapping). arrived on the bus, bunks without curtains and double, rusty, no socket or usb port, the light did not work, it is not worth the price at all….

Everything was fine, and after arriving in Cat Ba, the driver took everyone to their hotels. I heartily recommend it !!

Great transfer! Very relaxed and a nice experience. With A/C and a modern toilet on board. The driver is not scared of driving to fast. We arrived 1,5 hour earlier then expected.

False advertising, we never got a VIP bus for which we paid extra. The bus never arrived at the stated pickup point. We were out on another bus an hour later at another point.
