Was very smooth overall. We didn't got to wait at all the border and things went smooth. Woudl just be nice a bit more of communication as at the borders quite often people were not sure what to do.

The customer service is good and friendly, even help us to shift to earlier timing on the spot. However the delay was unacceptable. We started at 8.45 and supposed to reach Melaka around 1 pm, but we ended up reaching around 4 pm. A wobbly 3 hours delay without any explanation.

Most disorganized bus company. Bus service changed 5 minutes before departure time. Took us to Malaysia border in one bus and put us on another after that. The bus did not stop anywhere for toilet break.

The service both at the counter in Singapore and on board was poor.
No information given and especially by the boarder, it was just dictated to get off, but no information where to re-boarder.
The aircon was terrible

Really comfortable seats and good driver, but be prepared for very long border crossings (due to long lines of cars/trucks/buses waiting to enter the area), which made the trip around 6 hours.

Bus very clean and comfortable with massage seat and you can tilt the backrest and the calf rest. Sleep is easy in this bus.
One small detail is that the driver smoked one time. For those you don’t support the smelt of cigarette, it can be very disturbing, especially for European people where smoked in public area (transports included) is strictly prohibited. Otherwise everything was perfect. I recommande ????

Outlets did not work and bus driver did not take me to my stop but instead put me and another passenger in a taxi to the stop.

The first bus got broken on the highway, just few minutes before Singapore customs. We had to wait about 30 minutes until a new bus came to take us. The second bus was newer and cleaner than the first one. Both customs check in Singapore and Malaysia took less then 10 minutes. Anyhow, Makhota Medical Centre was the last stop in Malacca and it took in total almost 6hrs (from Singapore).

Aircon was not working properly stopped for repairs without notice
Unfriendly driver was smoking in bus.
Good seats with a lot of leg room
Bus was loud could need some oil at some points so reduce noise

Bus left fairly promptly. Temperature on bus was very cold and was uncomfortable most of journey. Despite documentation stating only 30 mins at immigration, driver decided to wait for well over an hour for 2 people who didn’t have correct visas. Despite there being an English speaking representative on board the bus, no explanation was given as to why we were delayed for such a long time, we worked it out from conversations that were happening between driver and other Starmart representatives. Definitely a cost effective way to travel between Malaysia and Singapore. Massage seats not working, bus seats large and recline nicely. driver had very limited English, so little instruction given as to what to expect at immigration. Probably won’t travel this way again if doing the same journey

Prompt departure and smooth ride. Driver drove with his “slippers’ with his shoes by his side. Had difficulty finding drop off points and had to use google maps many times. Was on his mobile phone 5 - 6 times.
Notice the bus speedometer was not working with the needle stuck at zero ....

Fast, clean, calm. Really perfect trip. The real strange thing was just the bus stop in malaka sentral, front of the station on the main street with a busy traffic.

Bus was great: huge seats reclinabile seats and very comfortable!! The bus arrived at the pick up point about half hour late and there was a lot of confusion about which bus everyone needed to get. We also arrived at our destination an hour late even though there was no traffic so timings may need reviewing!
