Sky GAVOID. We arrived to our destination alive and that is where the positives end. Upon arrival to the bus ticket office the staff of the company were terribly rude and tried to tell us we didn't have a booking. They had already sold our booked seats for cash to someone else. We didn't back down and eventually, they gave us a boarding pass for downgraded uncomfortable seats (that were half the price of what we paid for our original seats). The bus was uncomfortable, the seats did not recline 160 degrees as advertised, the bus was freezing (people were screaming to the driver to turn the heat on), we stopped over a dozen times and each time people were hollering loudly so no chance of rest. The bathroom door did not close, the bathroom itself had no water, no soap, no paper. The driver ran a red light and then got pulled over by the police who started throwing everyone's bags out of the bus onto the dirt! The bus departed 30 minutes late and then immediately stopped for fuel. Honestly could go on. Terrrible service. Do not book.
