First time to go to PITX and it was around 6:30pm. There’s a lot of people and staff there assisted me on where to go first and directed me to the ticketing booth of the bus company. Ticketing staff assisted me right away since there’s not a long queue. After I got my boarding pass, I ate my dinner since you have many choices on where to eat. The bus is on time and we departed on time, as well. The actual ticket price is around ₱150 less than the price charged when I booked in 12go but that’s fine since it’s my first time to use the online ticketing service. At least now I know where to go and where to book tickets. Thanks 12go!

I went to PITX, to request that the sisters Dealyn and Candy be pick up in SM san pablo since they are already there. The lasy in the counter, just plainly said na it can't be done. I'm almost begging but she just say cant because no one will inform the bus driver and the conductor. For me, maybe during this time, staff can extend more effort to assist passengers. The lady in the counter while assisting me is also doing business in fb messenger, so i nees to wait so that she can fully assist me. Am i not worth to be accomodated with full attention. It appears to me that she is more concern that i need to pay 200 pesos for the changing of time of bus ride. Im sorry but im not please with the lady who accomodated me in PITX.

The reservation with 12go was smooth and fast. However, the trip was terrible. The supposed 8-9 hours trip took 13 hrs. They didn't check well the bus so there was something broken which delayed the trip, the air conditioning was not working well and had to changed bus after over two hours of waiting. Terribly terrible.
