The female staff at the PITX booking office were superb in terms of customer service. Please give them a monetary bonus or promote them to a higher position. The bus was of excellent condition... seats were comfortable and aircon was cold. However, upon arrival at our destination, the conductor (older man) just opened the baggage compartment but did not remove the baggages inside. He let us step on mud and bend over inside the compartment just to retrieve our luggages. He was also cursing and appeared pissed off for an unknown reason.

The trip was quite fast been on the destination on time... how ever the conductor and the drivers are not hospitable.and friendly. at first i was struggling with my lugguge as i was placing it in the compartment, the conductor was there and he was just instructing me instead of giving a hands to lift my lugguge. Then on the bus en route. I ask if they can adjust the a/c since it was too cold that time i managed to shut it off but still there are blowers at the sides(up). They just told me that they cannot adjust the temperature anymore...its too cold though. It was my first time riding the Isarog lines(Bus) And well its a good experience riding but i was a little upset about the service of the crew...

Good pre-booking. However, the crew of the lazy boy bus we rode on were somewhat rude and do not care about their passengers’ comfort - which what we, the passengers, have presumably paid for. They drove too fast; they were somewhat disrespectful; and did not even helped us in getting our baggages from the trunk of the bus.
Thus, I recommend that the DLTB bus line should always monitor their bus crews before, during, and after each trip. I felt disappointed in overall because I think that the price of 1,300+ is not worth it as to quality of their service.

The bus crews are so strict. I humbly request to at least wait for another 10 minutes as my baggage was still in transit along MOA. Unfortunately my request was not granted.
