The flight went well. Only this time to check-in was not so good arranged. First we waited in a queue than one hostess said that we had to do it online. We went to a check-in machine... Again waiting in a queue.. But it did not work, and we were not the only one.. So we asked someone else.. Niw wre had to wait again in a queue at the same place at we first did.. So strange.. And it took so many time

The Kuala Lumpur airport is actually a mall that also happens to have some flights.
Waiting in line to check our baggage, and then waiting in line to go through immigration, almost made us miss our flight. Had it not been for the flight/gate crew, holding the door open, until we arrived ten minutes prior to our flight, we would have missed it.
The AirAsia baggage drop-off was a '0' experience. It took almost an hour, from the time we arrived at the airport, until we dropped our bags off.
The KL airport was a '0' experience with inefficient operations at immigration. It took almost an hour to get through.
The KL airport was a '0' experience, with over 0.5 mile walk from the airport entrance to our gate.
The AirAsia gate/flight crew was a '5' experience, not allowing the plane to leave early while our group of nine, ranging in age from 5 - 85 made our way through the airport to catch our flight.
