Boat was on time and the trip went wel. But it was very cold on the boat, the airconditioning was to heavy.

Can not actually call this a speed boat. Not very efficient, and the organisation regarding the immigration took to long time.

The boat trip itself was not too bad. It was a bit of a bumpy trip, but compared to other boat trips in Asia it was not so bad. The communication could have been better. The info states that you have to check in at least 2 hours before, but when we were there everything was still closed. It opened 1 to 1.5 hours in before the trip. The man also said that we should not believe what was in the info and just go for a lunch and relax. You have to hand in your passport and you get it back on immigration on the island, this all went pretty smoothly. Furthermore, everything went exactly on time.

The ferry is comfortable and the ride was nice. Having a luggage storage area on the first floor and better signs to the check-in areA would be nice.

It was a bit difficult to find a check-in point but when we finally found it everything went nice, smooth and on time. The only strange and unpleasant part of our trip was after arriving to Thailand. Thai staff wanted us to pay "extra 2000 thb". It was impossible to understand why because of their low language skills. During next 30 minutes "price" was dropping down and than when we refused to pay we have been told that we can go without paying.

The ferry was awful. It was nothing like what the picture reflected. It also smelled like Petro or some kind of fume the entire way from Langkawi to Koh Lipe. You can’t even look out the windows because they have some kind of film on them. You felt like you were completely enclosed in a box. I’ve taken ferries from other areas in South East Asia and they were far better than this. The only good thing is that it got us there on time. Other than that, the staff wasn’t friendly nor helpful.

Ok, delayed by about 45mins and lots of waiting/ queues . Couldn’t find our paid ticket for a while...but ferry ride was good and safe.

Ticket service from 12go asia was excellent so no problem with them. We arrived 1.5 hours before departure (two hours was advised) the check in didn't even open until 45 mins from departure so everyone was waiting around, the ferry itself let's say had seen better days, couldn't see out the windows, watertight doors didn't close properly and it rolled worryingly from side to side, no refreshments and a basic toilet. I would not go on this ferry again, I would opt for a speed boat on another route.

All went well. Staff at harbour were helpful and friendly. Speed boat toilet was a challenge.... Do your needs before going on the boat!

Great ferry very organized just make sure you check in before 1 hour in the office. There was a couple who didn’t do this and they weren’t allowed to board even though they were there on time

El barco se movió mucho y el cambio del Ferry al longtail fue bastante complicado. Al subir una mujer casi se cae al agua y por poco se tumba la barca. Se llenó todo de agua, pero por suerte nadie se cayó al final. Creo que deberían ser más cuidadosos
