Give more accurate timeframe for the travel, it's not doable in 3,5 hours. The driver was great, but couldn't have gone any faster.
Seats were comfortable, but most accessories were broken.
The travel went good, we left on time, arrived about 40 minutes late

The pool is worth the extra money! Decent gym as well. People at the front were very knowledgeable and helpful. The cleaning staff that we saw was a little questionable...but also very helpful and polite. Just wouldn't recomend leaving valuables out...but that's true for most places. Would stay again!

Reizen per bus van KL naar Cameron Highlands is goed te doen. Sprake van comfortabele bus, neem wel een truitje mee voor de airco. Alleen het laatste deel vanaf de snelweg naar Tanah Rata duurt erg lang door/met haarspeldbochten. Vanwege public holiday (Offerfeest) duurde de reis wel 7 in plaats van 3,5 uur, de buschauffeur nam niet de gelegenheid om dit uit te leggen. Soms zat de buschauffeur wel met z’n telefoon achter het stuur.

Website easy to use.
The bus was really nice & super comfy, plenty of room. Driver was a little static though, but that’s Asia.
Was a little disappointed the website charged quite more than the actual cost of the ticket, always thought this website was cheaper & more affordable.

Bus is super comfortable, big seats and loads of leg room. Bus left on time. If you are pressed for time do not go off the arrival/journey times - its not a flight, there's traffic on the road.

Pretty nice, cold in the bus but you could close the ventilation (?) Everyone did. One stop for bathroom and stretching, came to later than expected but was no problem for me, might be for others though.

Bus was on time and the trip went pretty smoothly. Air con worked and there were two rest stops on the way from Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands. The downside was that the driver either spoke no English or just didn’t want to speak to us (we tried twice), so we needed to check Google maps to know where to get off as there were no announcements or written stop names either.

It was easy to find everything at KL station. The bus was comfortable, there was one stop at gas station to go to the bathrooms. We were late ~45mins to arrive.

I took the Express bus from KL to Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands and found it easy and efficient. The express is a basic soft seat bus that delivers you about halfway to another more comfortable bus that alights in Tanah Rata. Motion sickness suffers be warned - a good portion of the trip up the hills to Cameron Highlands is very curvy.
