Nowhere near as good as the other express train 2nd class 2cc ticket I bought elsewhere. Dirty carriage, lots of disturbance, rude and distant staff and poor service, all food needs to be paid for (in 2nd class it's all included, and good), poor quality food and lukewarm dishes with cold spots that should be hot, very slow train that stopped loads, mice running about the floor, and generally a poor example of what should be 1st class (albeit Indian standards). Book a different train, and get an ac seat with meals included. Much better. About the only good thing was that the toilets were relatively clean.

Everything went as planed. Trainride started with a delay of about 40min but we arrived on time.
