Hans OIt was excellent but from the websites seat61 and 12go it was difficult to understand what to be prepared for. Now I know! How long will you be able to sit before all the seats become beds? Answer: about 1,5 hours. How big is the storing space? If you have a large suitcase you can leave it in the corridor outside the toilettes and after bedtime push it under the lower bed. But at the same time there is room for two normal hand luggage plus your shoes under the seats. Also the seats are wide enough for you to sit with your backpack etc before it´s time to go to bed. I think the beds are a few cm longer than 180 cm, so if your taller you have to stretch out diagonally. The beds are wide enough for you to sleep next to your medium-size backpack, so you don´t need to worry. But security seems to be good, a lot of staff. Even a policeman is on the train. There is privacy enough behind the bed-curtain to change to softer clothes for the night. Floors and toilettes are clean. To brush your teeth, wash your hands etc there is an open space with taps in the corridor. The restaurant was clean and with fast service to get good food. If I had known these things before going on this journey I would not have hesitated so long before deciding to take the train. /Hans

Joanna CThe booth is situated right in the middle of the bus station terminal and is really easy to find in order to check in and get your ticket printed off. The bus was very clean, free water and snacks, a blanket, charging port, comfy seat. The people managing the bus trip were very helpful and friendly. I managed to get quite a few hours of sleep!

Thore LI have travel whit this company before and my bike have always been checked in by the normaly 15 kg im was buying. This time im most purchase an extra cost for about 1000bath for check in my bike, I loose money this time.

Johanna AComfortable ride. Bus was on time. Temperature in the bus was oke, just dress warm.
It would be nice if the bus driver would inform us what was happening during the trip. Oke I was informed that we would make a stop in between and we could have something to eat, but the driver did not tell for how long or where to go.
Same with the drop offs. The driver did not tell us at what location we were. You just have to ask yourself and keep track of the location of the bus yourself.
But it was a nice comfortabel ride.

Dunja RMy boyfriend and I loved it! It was clean, on time, comfortable. It is indeed a bit too cold with the AC but I asked for an extra blanket and problem is solved. Would be nice if car with food and drinks is back, now they serve only coffee and tea. All in all amazing first time experience for us!
