We left the station at least 20 minutes late. We stopped repeatedly for passengers on the way. Our 15-minute stop for a washroom break became a half hour - the last 10 minutes of which all the passengers were on the bus (without the air conditioner running) waiting for one of the staff members to return. I understand a flat tire along the way is nobody's fault, but we didn't arrive in Kampot until after 1 p.m.

Not up to standards of other GI trips. Wifi not working, many power chargers not working , my seat reclining was broken, windows very dirty so cannot see well. no curtains, lots of rattling noises, bumpy. Good: pain au chocolat and water and air con.

Both going there and coming back they lie about the journey time. The journey is between 5 and 6 hours, not the 4 hours they state. There are faster services if you don't want to be on the bus all day.

We have traveled with Giantibis from Bangkok to Sieam Reap, the trip was nice. Good and helpful guide. Only poor thing was the wifi. When we traveled from Sieam Reap to Phnom Phen then the wifi was much better. Good drivers all the way. The stops was good and reSonable in time. The service the company have to pick us up at our hotel is fantastic. Keep up that service. We will go again with the company!
