We booked a trip with twos buses. So we had a changement, when we arrived a the bus station to do it , the company's receptionist told us the bus is booked for tomorrow , finally because we insist , she find a solution, take an other bus a bit later. We was agree with that, she said a double bed , when we arrived at the bus. Double bed was really small. Two mens inside , we was too tight. Impossible to sleep like this.

Driver was really rude. Took ages to get confirmation from booking and I had to follow it up multiple times. Bed was comfy though

The back of the couchette doesn’t work so it was impossible to seat only to lie.

Strong delay in departure and also the driver didn't know where us to drop off

The bus arrived 20 minutes late. The sleeper bus different from the picture shown. The bed was dirty. The bus driver drove very aggresively

One does not know what the other do… I was there on time and got approached by my name, she said I have to get on the little bus to transfer me to the main bus station. Arriving there my bus was no where to be found. Then I got a call where I am at and he said he shouldn’t have gone to the bus station, pick up is where I was at… he managed to get me on another bus… then I got woken up at 5am in the morning as the only person on this bus to get off the bus. I did not know why and as usual they did not speak any English… they said he have to get on that mini van … I am a woman traveling alone where a stranger told me to get into a car with a male and nobody explained me why… I did ask via WhatsApp before the bus was leaving to Hanoi wether everything is Gina be fine and that we can have a short chat … but they didn’t answer me. Nor did they explain that this is gonna happen… Women who travel alone need to have some reassurance to be safe… communication was non existent, nor did they care … bus was alright and comfortable… bus driver was unfriendly and annoyed

The bus was very cramped and seatbelt was working on my seat.

Great driver quick and smooth drive

Bus was on time, arrival was at 5:30am in Cao bang bus station. Bet was comfortable, there were 1 toilet stop, not everyone had a pillow and a blanket, my boyfriend said he was cold the hole night. I had my pillow to the window side & I was very happy with the temperature.

Very good except that we had the two places at the very back of the bus and down seats and the motor is vibrating a lot which makes me unable to sleep… for the same price as other places i think it’s not fair and too expensive :)

We're picked up and dropped off at our accomodations.

The delay was one hour and I paid for a luxury bus and ended up with a small cabin, no privacy bus and they dropped me on the middle of the road.

The only positive thing to say was that the bus arrived on time and that no loud music was played. Other than that, we were placed at the back of the bus in the smallest cabins, which were both half-length and had limited height. It was completely dark, and the windows were covered with stickers. We sat cramped for 10 hours – not what we paid for when we booked VIP. The bus stopped countless times along the way to pick up people and collect/deliver various packages everywhere. The bus was originally meant for 24 people, but there were at least 50 on board. There were two people in each cabin, and the aisle was also completely filled with people.

Small bus, no water for us:( but the travel was ok and in time

We booked a 20 seat bus It was a 24 seat bus and we got to seat at the rear, where we have no curtains for privacy. The bus itself was messy. At list the ride was pretty easy and without trouble, we arrived in about half hour earlier.

All good but 2 stops is too much for 2h30 travel. Usb was not working . Very comfortable

Picked us up late and arrived nearly an hour and a half late.

Bus itself was nice and comfortable. The rest was poor. Bus left and arrived an hour late. Made multiple stops to deliver packages? To local people. And the arrival destination wasn't where it was supposed to be. It was 10 minutes further into the city. When I adressed this to the driver, he just told me to 'book a taxi' to get to the destination where we where supposed to stop.

The provider was very helpful before and after getting the bus. Sadly a 15 hour journey turned into a 20 hour journey so be prepared for a long journey if traveling from Cao Bang to Phong Nha.

Bus was a nice clean bus. For pick up they even contacted me 30 min before. Guy could speak englisch a little which is nice! In the end they even brought us to out hotel by car. I can recommend!

The seats are not very comfortable. Skinny seats and when the person in front of you reclines, the headrest is right in your face. Also bus arrived 20 minutes late

The bus photos shown online were not what we had for transportation, a bit of a let down considering we paid additional money for a “luxury” sleeper bus and the person beside us did as well & got a refund, we unfortunately weren’t given that option.

Bus was very clean and new and would have been really nice journey however the driver was smoking on it and the smell of smoke coming through the ac vents was not nice. Service was also a bit unorganised I got a message a couple hours before with a change of pickup point. I arrived at the point and got on the bus then got a call from the company asking where I was telling me I was on the wrong bus when I was actually on the right one so little bit confusing. PLEASE STOP THE DRIVERS SMOKING ON THE BUS

The bus was nearly 1.5 hrs late arriving, no explanation, we then got on and there were people sleeping on the floor in the aisles, no toilet stops announced and dropped us off 40 mins outside of Halong without explanation though a mini bus did come to pick us up a few minutes later. The worst bus journey we had in Vietnam

Driver tried to put me in the smallest possible cabin at the very back of the bus, where I could barely fit, despite there being shorter passengers getting on the bus at the same time. I said no, asked to get in a proper normal bed, he was angry, I climbed into it anyways. So attitude from the driver. I’m not paying for a VIP bus and then being squeezed into what feels like a coffin. The bed is big, but big in width, not length. The length is sacrificed so it is wider. If you want to fully stretch out, you have to have your feet on a 90° angle which is very uncomfortable. Good things however: bus was on time, shuttle bus was waiting at the bus station in Cao Bang that took me to my homestay.

Would book with this company again. Ran slightly behind time but think that was due to traffic. Made 1 stop.

The bus was really comfortable but we arrived 1.5hours earlier than expected so we had to sleep on bean bags at our hostel.

The driver of the first ride to Tam Coc drove very fast and badly, gave us a nausea. The night bus to Phong Nha was very slow, did a lot of stops for delivery. Originally we were supposed to arrive at 3:45 AM, but we arrived at 5:30

The trip was okay. The cabins were confertable enough.

The driver was driving like a maniac and we felt very unsafe.

Bus was on time with no issues. Bathroom was available on the bus too. Only problem was I was put on the wrong bus initially but they figured it out and switched me

It's a cramped sleeper bus but it was decent

Bus was meant to take 14 hours, we left about 30 min late bc of a bus switch and stopped to change a tire and still got there on time. The bus was organized and clean, nice staff and mostly smooth ride. The cabins were comfortable, we had Wi-Fi and charging stations and bottled water. Great experience, would definitely do it again!

We had an excellent busride. It was on time, well organized and comfortable cabins. Would take again and recommend further.

The driver was very loud and in my opinion was honking too much, nevertheless the bus was on time and pretty comfortable.

The driver was great but the overall communication of this company is absolutely horrendous!

Bus was comfortable and on time but the driver kept smoking inside the bus throughout the night!

The bus started 15 mins late and arrived 1 hour late at destination

We booked a ride from Hanoi to Cat Ba at 15h30 the evening before. We received our confirmation in the morning asking us if we could make it to the bus stop at 14h45 to which we agreed. A couple hours later we received another message asking us to be at the station 14h20. We tried our best but noticed the employee from the travel company obviously being annoyed with us not being there on time. Lucky we still got into the bus. There was also some confusion as to how the ferry works and how to get to our hotel from there. We had to ask some people near the harbor to sort it out. Other than that the experience was very good. Drivers were nice and the car was very comfortable.

Booked a VIP sleeper 20, tour operator turned up in a van/limousine bus. Then, chucked us out just outside Da Nang to transfer us into a car. Not at all what we paid for.

Took a bit longer than expected bus that seems normal in Vietnam. The ferry waiting was hours.

Unfriendly bus driver who screamed at us and touched us, even we were awake already. The bus was dirty and smelled like smoke.
