Fine bus ride and driver. The seats are bit small.... For me as European.

I booked a combi travel from Bangkok to Koh Mak over 12go Asia. Before I booked I wrote a mail to the support to ask if there is a transfer included from Trat Bus Terminal to the Pier. They garanteed me over mail that a transfer to the pier is included and sended me the link to book the jorney. So I trusted them and booked the package. On our way to Trat. 15 minutes before the Bus Terminal, the bus driver said that everybody who want‘s to go to koh Mak or Koh Chang has now to leave the Bus, so we got out on a small market in the nowhere. There was a private Taxi Service to the Pier for 100 Bhat each person. They told us that 12go asia are lyers, there is no transfer included and if we book the bus directely in Bangkok and the ferry on the ferry station we would have saved 140 Bhat each of us 😏 after calling the support from 12 go Asia they told us on the telephone, that in our voucher is no transfer included. Great! 😏 but we got to Koh Mak with a few extra costs and that‘s the most important thing.

All well up to Thailand border, after bordrecrossing we changed to a new minibuss. We had to wait 2 hours for two more passenger in order to fill all seats in the bus.

Bus terminal was very well organised and efficient, bus left on time and arrived earlier than estimated.

The bus was almost brand new. Definitely clean and well kept. The driver assisted me with the luggage. He didn't drive too fast and was informative regarding stops.

I had to take another bus at different time. I was not comfortable with it.

Overall was ok. Left on time and was more like a large van, not a big bus. There's only room for bags in the narrow aisle on the ground so when 12Go mentions to get an extra seat if you have a big bag, they're not kidding. Seats don't recline but aren't rock hard. We stopped for one bathroom break on the way to Trat, about halfway. Air conditioning was working and we didn't crash so really what more can you ask for?

trip from Trat to Bangkok, so obviously the most expensive ticket, but unking lady put us at the last seats of the bus, which were the most uncomfortable. Asked to changed but no possible with stubborn lady. Not logic when other people step in the bus with less time to spend in the bus.

The Van wait for us despite we arrive in late from the previous bus coincidence and their service was perfect. They guide us among the changes (Van-ferry-transportation to hotel) and everything was perfect

There was noone at the counter at the busstation when we had to check in at ekkamai. It gave us big difficulties getting on the bus and also to continue fra Trat (we payed a private driver). The rest of the trip worked well.

We were unaware that there wasn’t any place to store luggage except in the aisle.

В минивэне из Бангкока ехать было невозможно. Кресла очень близко друг к другу. Водитель не разрешал пересесть и был очень недоволен.

Not sent me in Trat transport. Some office point they are had appointments with a woman. And took my money 100 bath for transfer to Advice Ferry.

Unpünktlich bei Abfahrt. Viele Gäste unterwegs ohne Haltestellen zu- und ausgegestiegen. Bus hat ebenfalls viele schwere Pakete unterwegs zu und ausgeladen Minibus fuhr nicht zum Pier. Weiterfahrt war aber organisiert Fahrer jedoch war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Look it's all super cool okay, you show up and secure your seat belt, tell them where you are going and youd reach your destination on time, no problem. Minimal buggery if you are going to connect ferry ride to one of the islands. My half baked Thai notwithstanding. Prefer buses to claustrophobic plane seats and airport queues anytime.

no one wanted all the documents 12go asia told us to print (we extra made a medical certificate which costs us a lot) and also just a few (so did we) weared a mask in the bus... but all in all it was a chilled ride with no problems at all.

On time and the driver asked us (asking another person to translate) if we d like to be dropped off on the way, which we did and let us arrive even earlier.

It was not clear that a Minibus does not pick you up at Thammachat Pier. First you must find the company office who will then arrange a songthaew to take you to a waiting area outside of town. Then you must wait for the minibus to come from Trat. Also the bus doesn't stop at a regular gas station rest stop. It stops at a small Thai-style rest stop a few hours into the trip, so I'd recommend using the restroom and getting drinks or snacks ahead of time.

The ticket said we would depart from the pier, which is why I bought it. Upon arriving they told us we wouldn't leave at the scheduled time and we needed to pay for a taxi to a different departure point. This wasn't mentioned in the initial information about the route. After waiting for an hour extra, the taxi journey took a long time and dropped us at a road side stall in the rain. We waited for an hour before a bus came. When it arrived there was not enough seats on it, so we were made to wait for the next bus. Despite having prebooked our seats 2 weeks in advance, people who bought tickets at the bus station that day were given priority over us. After waiting another 30 minutes, the only free seat was over the wheel arch. So my girlfriend has to sit with her knees in her face, as squashed up for the 6 hour bus ride. Another disappointing part of the trip was the driver continually asking me in Thai to do something with my bags. I quite clearly didn't understand and made it clear I didn't. But he decided to keep repeating the instructions. When I tried to do what I thought was being asked of me and it was wrong, he and a passenger started laughing at me. It was lucky another kind passenger came and explained to me what I needed to do.

Van did NOT go to stated destination of Koh Chang pier..I was left at Trat bus station and forced to pay huge money to get to pier..please check you destinations!!! Scary situation in quiet place with just one man who stopped taxi half way and made me pay.

The bus dropped me of at Bang Phli Home pro . If I would have known that it would have made for better planning on my part. but worked out fine.

Поездка прошла прекрасно. В 8 утра считаю идеальное время - и в БТС немного народу, и на вокзале, и не так жарко - все таки вокзал открытый хоть и с навесом. Есть бесплатный туалет на вокзале. Минибас был как на фото. Билет покупали электронно. В день отъезда за 40 минут подошли к 24 кассе (это указано в сопроводительном письме к билетам) и нам выдали бумажные билеты. Отправление от 17 терминала во время. В автобусе кондёр работал исправно. При отъезде от эккамай автобус был полный, хорошо что заранее брали билет. На полпути появились свободные места, можно было пересесть. Багажного отделения нет - крупные вещи складывали у входной двери. Мы были с рюкзаками, так нам не критично. Высаживают по дороге в Трат и пересаживают на сонгтео (тук-тук). Минут 15-20 ожидают заполненность туктука и везут на причал. Дорога минут 20-30. Билет на паром входит в цену поездки. Для ориентира сангтео на кочанге от пирса до деревни Кай бай 80 бат с человека.

The Trip was perfect, with a good driver. After 4 hours we had been in Chantaburi.

The driver was stopping multiple times to collect certain packages. This took a big amount of time. When we almost got to the pier, he also had to take detours to drop the packages which again took a lot of time.

Не знаю, поездочка конечно так себе.. Но вытерпеть можно. не было опыта аналогичных путешествий по Тайланду, так что сравнивать не с чем. Но опишу по порядку. Маршрут авт. Станция Эккомай-Ко Чанг. В 10.25 подошли к окну 24, там поменяли распечатанный заранее ваучер на билет, кассир выдала билет к на минибас и билетик на паром. Подошли к самой остановке (номер 17), там стоял этот минибас, жесть конечно развалюха. Мы единственные видимо были туристы до Ко-Чанга, остальные были тайцы, которые ехали куда-то по своим тайским делам. В связи и с этим по пути постоянно останавливались, высаживали тайцев и подбирали новых то тут, то там. Этом порядком подбешивало, т. к. душно, неудобно, долго и т. д. Один раз остановились на заправке, где есть туалет и кафешки. +2 раза ещё останавливались где-то, водитель выходил по каким-то неотложным делам. Багаж наш разместили на заднем сиденьи, при этом закрепив его верёвкой как-то. Такая себе безопасность... Но так как кроме нас больше с большими сумками никого не было, то в принципе норм, не мешало. В машине было с одной стороны душно, с другой стороны дул старый кондер в одну точку и приходилось закрывать шею. Ехали так часа 4.потом высадили , минут через 5 пересадили на другой автобус по-больше. Он был более комфортный. Так ехали ещё час. Потом высадили на ещё какой-то остановке, заставили в окошке опять зачем - то обменять билет. Обменяли билет, тот который выдали ещё в Эккамаи на другой билетик. Далее за нами через 3 минуты приехала машинка прекрасная, с открытым задом и низким потолком, где нам было предложено провести незабываемые 40 минут тряски на высокой скорости. Дуло очень сильно, я надевал кофту с капюшоном. Эта машинка привезла нас наконец на пирс, на тот момент в дороге мы были уже 6 часов. На пирсе увидели, что паром уже стоит на месте, отдали билеты и пошли. Отчалили минут через 15, ещё через 20 минут уже были на ко-чанге. Общее время в пути примерно 6.30. При выходе с парома нас ожидали ушлые водители, которые предложили на все той же открытой машинке довести до отеля.1000 с машины минимум. Мы скинулись с другими людьми, все ехали кто - куда, в итоге получилось 100-150бат на человека, зависит от дальности. Ну добрались вроде бы и ладно

Все чётко было организовано. Все понравилось.

Wir waren 2 Stunden früher da. Die Angestellte war so flexibel, dass wir innert 5 Minuten in einem früheren Van, der nicht voll war, sassen. Das empfohlene 3. Ticket für „big luggage“ wäre in unserem Fall nicht nötig gewesen. Aber man weiss ja nie. Auf die Bitte einer Mit-Passagierin nach einem Toiletten-Stop - was mir gar nicht ungelegen kam - wurde schnell reagiert. Der Fahrer fuhr sicher und professionell. Alles in allem hat mich die Flexibilität dieser Firma sehr positiv überrascht.

Assez incomfortable et aucune place pour les bagages.

Rien a redire. 1heure d'avance sur notre trajet. Arrêt pose de 20minute. Le conducteur sérieux.

Arrived 1 hr early, and there was immediately a van for me. A.C. worked. Driver safe. Lunch stop offered duck, boar, venison curry. Connections to ferry were smooth. All good.

Before Trat we had to change to a crowded open car. We arrived in time.

Pas de soucis majeur mais une partie du voyage, depuis une aire près de Trat jusqu’au port menant à Koh Chang se fait dans un pick up « safety taxi », et ce pendant environ 20 minutes. Il faudrait indiquer cela.

Guter minivan mit kimaanlage. Ein Stop auf der Strecke nach trat. Von trat dann mit Pick up zur Fähre. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Nous avons été obligé de payer 270 bath en plus car nous avions de grosses valises mais cela était précisé lors de la commande des billets ! Au lieu de partir à 10h nous sommes partis à 11h toujours à cause des valises je pense mais nous n’étions pas pressé donc pour moi très content de la transaction avec 12go

Local taxi from Thhamachat pier to somwhere where we take bus to Ekammai, we book online so we get to final destination, you get what you paid for.

Kann den 5 Uhr Bus empfehlen. Pünktliche Abfahrt, Transportwechsel kurz vor Trat, um zum Pier zu kommen. Autofähre war ok. Am Ende waren wir eine Stunde früher da. In Koh Chang warten Sammeltaxen, die einen für 50-150 Baht (je nachdem wo man hin möchte) zum Hotel fahren.

die Fahrt hat gut geklappt haben auch den entsprechenden Schalter am Busbahnhof relativ einfach gefunden und wurden dann zum richtigen Bus gut geleitet, es gab einen zwischenstopp von 5 minuten, leider ging die Fahrt aber nicht bis zum vereinbarten Endpunkt sondern mussten wir 45 Minuten vorher umsteigen in einen kleinen offenen personentransporter hier mussten wir ein Ticket für das Schiff und auch etwas für diesen Transporter bezahlen, aber sonst alles ok

Worked out well, driver was a bit like driving a scooter. :) Second part, transport to fairy was adventurous, especially with the luggage. Overall, we were on time, got on the boat just in time. So, no complains

Retour mouvementé ! Sorti du ferry, je présente mon billet, on me dis de prendre un taxi, puis un bus pour chanthaburi avant de prendre la ligne ttt. Finalement, le bus m'a pris là où m'a déposé le taxi. Très compliqué !!!

Доехали, и слава богу! :) Вначале про багаж: Потребовали денег за багаж. В итоге, вначале водитель составил багаж на соседнее с собой место, потом по дороге посадил туда пассажиров, наш багаж составил рядом с нами таким образом, что и нас и нашего соседа очень потеснил. Данная маршрутка не приспособлена к перевозке багажа, от слова "совсем", да и пассажиров бы ею лучше не возить! Может быть - рабочих на стройку, но длительностью поездки не более полутора часов! К водителю претензий, как к водителю нет - ехал нормально. Где то перед поворотом на паром нас пересадили в такой себе грузовичок, со скамеечками вдоль бортов и сзади свободным выходом (не помню как называется). Правда, спасибо женщине-водителю грузовичка, что довезла очень вовремя к парому, только загрузились и сразу же отчалил. В-общем, как-то доехали :)). Живы и даже целы! Время в пути - 6 часов до высадки с парома.

Die Fahrt war ok. Es gab einen Zwischenhalt für Essen/trinken/toilette. Alles gut organisiert. Leider etwas wenig kommunikation, aber man braucht in Asien einfach das vertrauen, dass man irgendwann und irgendwie schon ankommt. Am Ende hat alles wunderbar geklappt und waren rechtzeitg bei der fähre die uns dann mach koh chang gebracht hat.

Gets you there. There’s a change of bus at Trat, where you get on a smaller one to the pier. Then ferry to koh chang’s northernmost pier. From there you either rent a bike 200thb/day or more, or take a taxi/minibus for 40-150thb depending on how south you want to go on the island

Le bus est parti à l'heure, mais n'est pas allé jusqu'à la destination ! Il a fallu prendre un taxi en plus jusqu'à la jetée !

All went kind of smoothly and we were on time. The minivan wasn’t in good condition, but it took us from one place to another.

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, pünktlich, freundlich und der Busfahrer hatte einen sehr guten, angenehmen Fahrstil. Es gab zur Hälfte eine Toilettenpause von 15 Min.
