Helpful Driver and assistant. Bus with toilet at the back though the bus was quite old. With free snack and one meal. They assisted us in the border to Cambodia so it was not that hard and we didnt take much time.They have also free tuktuk ride to your hostel when we reach Siem Reap because it was already night time.

Overall was a good trip. Depart on time and staff friendly. Provide foods,snacks and drinks. Recommended company. Just a little bit concern, I’m booked 8am bus but then the bus company said change to 9am,but anyway is fine.

No problems during the trip. Bus was the older generation but that doesn't mean was worst than new buses where seats are so close to each other that there is no space for legs. There was plenty room to stretch yourself and also we could recline back of the seat to the stage that we were almost lying flat. Driver done the trip smooth.
Just for those who are on Mochit station (ticket says Morchit with an R but the station is Mo Chit on Google maps - so yes they both same stations) seeing the bus and thinking it looks old it's still comfy and got a toilet facility on board (don't expect 5* toilet tho). Overall I've paid £20 for 7 hour trip and got what I was expecting.
!REMEMBER to print the PDF ticket with the QRcode on it and seat number confirmed! I've printed the email with the reference number only and PDF file wondering what happen if I give only email - the guy advised can't find my booking, my money haven't been received and I have to buy another ticket and the 1st available bus is tomorrow (bus was not even half full). He changed his mind when I've shown him printed PDF, then money suddenly been transferred and he found the booking entering the same reference number which was on printed email :))
People on Mo Chit bus station unfortunately are not helpful so be careful.

Llegamos a mochit la estación de autobuses desde el aeropuerto de don mueang y muy bien. Nos mandaron al piso 3 ventanilla 95. No llevamos la confirmación impresa pero nos imprimieron los billetes. Muy amables muy cómodo el autobús. Eso si salió antes de las 8 así que recomiendo llegar antes. Muy Recomendable.

Really nice trip overall. We left Bangkok at 9:10 (10 minutes after scheduled departure), stopped a gas station at 1:15 pm, arrived at the border around 2:30pm where we were given fried rice. We paid 1,300 baht and they took out passport and got visas for us. We walked across the border and reboarded the bus. We arrived in Siem Reap around 7:30pm

Very nice company. They sell dollars for baht at a great exchange rate when you get to the station in Siem Reap. They offer a snack and a meal. Driver was professional and safe. They spoke very clear English and were able to communicate easily with the non-Thai passengers . They helped everyone out a lot who needed a visa. I recommend this company

This was the real experience. Our driver, Bart aka king of the road, was kind and sweet, and let us watch muay thai with him while he was driving. His friend, Pookie, helped us with the visums, else we probably would have been killed or worse... mugged. Bart really liked honking on the street, because he wanted the attention of the pretty girls selling fried cat on the side of the road. The bus was comfortable, we barely heard the chickens and goats in the back. We even got to help the locals carry their stuff of the bus, because Bart was face timing with one of his pretty girls. We only saw one guy and dog die due to road accidents, none of them caused by Bart. It only took us 16 hours to get from Bangkok to Phnom Penh. As a conclusion I would really recommend this busride, but don't forget to ask for Bart for the real deal.

The bus was quite comfy, but the things for legs didn't work. Drivers were very fast. Some complimentary little cake and a bottle of water. On the customs we got one more meal - fried rice with salmon, which was very tasty. Air condition is very strong, tho.

I couldn't find where the VIP conditions were. In the station when they gave me the bus ticket I could see also that the normal price is 750 baht and I paid 950 baht through 12go.com. Inflated price

The bus was okay, enough space and the air condition was running. We had only a snack at lunch time, which was not vegetarian. We did the visa on arrival by ourselves but you can also let the man from the bus do it for some extra money. Everything worked out fine. We stopped again at a shop, everyone had to leave the bus and was urged to buy something - really unpleasant and unprofessional. We arrived Siem reap one hour earlier. We were offered a free tuk tuk to our hotel, which was really nice! Of course the driver asked us, if he could drive us to Angkor wat the next day, but we already had booked a tour. He was disappointed, but still very friendly.

The overall travel experience was fine - clean bus, good service. However, upon reaching the cambodian customs, things started to get quite messy with multiple low-rise building's for different segments instead of a single building encompassing everything, namely, the purchase of visa's, departure, and arrival etc. I was also asked to pay 100 baht in order to get my passport(Singaporean Passport) back. I believe this is not supposed to be a requirement. Reason being, those holding Singaporean passports need not pay for a visa's or any form of fees at the checkpoint. Additionally, those from the same bus were not required to pay any form fee at the customs checkpoint besides having the need to pay for their Visa.

The staff were friendly and helpful with everyone who was applying for visas, and the bus itself was very comfortable. The bus did stop for about 10 minutes just outside of Siem Reap, because there was something wrong with it, but we still arrived in good time. I would like to make the suggestion that perhaps when taking bookings you could inform passengers that there will be a meal provided and ask them to notify if they have any dietary requirements or allergies, as my partner and I weren’t able to eat the lunch provided due to this.

after waiting a while for the check-in becaus the lady served first every thai people (she even interrupted the transaction with me for serving some other thais) I got on the bus and got a place with quite much space because the bus was early empty at departure. The bus was okay, not the newest but comfy. They had all of stuff just put in the back. The travelling was alright too, they just didn´t really said everytime anything because of breaks and didn´t give any water, but at least we got a rice meal with crab (from the 7eleven) for free, that was nice. At the border it was a bit confusing but wasn't from the buscompany!
We arrived about 50min later than expected, but that was okay.

Very good.
The staff is so nice. Snack in the morning, and a meal at 1 pm. Though, it is a bit small, so do not hesitate to take some more food. At lunch time, you stop at a place where you can buy local food, perfect to complete your meal.
At poipet, they really help people without a visa, they really simplify the all thing.
Lastly, they offer a free drop in tuktuk to your hotel if it's few kms from the Nattakan bus station (where they drop you in Siem Reap).
I recommend this company :)

Bus was clean, seats reclined quite far back and they spoke English. Easy to sleep and be comfortable. They also handled the visa process so everything was smooth sailing.

Comfortable journey, got through border fine. Bus left 30 minutes late, no vegetarian option for lunch so no food for us, information at border crossings wasn’t very clear. Overall it was ok.

excellent trip! the tour guide was very clear and informative for a smooth transition across the border. they also provided lunch and snacks for the ride that was a bonus. the bus was very comfortable which made the ride much smoother. definitely recommend!

Der Bus war relativ alt und es war ziemlich heiss. Für diesen Preis hätte ich schon etwas anderes erwartet.
Bei der Ankunft wird man von Tuktuk Fahrern noch zur Unterkunft gefahren was ich einen tollen Service finde. Unserer war so aufdringlich betreffend Touren, dass es mir unangenehm war. Als ich abgelehnt habe wurde er sogar wütend.

Bus service was great. Border went very smoothly and we arrived to Siem Reap two hours earlier than expected.
My only issue was that the bus took no stops at all, besides the border, which meant no options for food besides what they served. And no real bathrooms for an entire day...

GOOD THINGS:
The bus is very comfortable. In the bus is air condition the completly time to siem reap. We got a bottle of water and a lot of snacks for free. We made a toilet break. And we had wifi. The connection was good enough for using facebook and whatsapp.

BAD THINGS
It was not possible to apply the visa on arrival by ourself. We had to give our passports to a man. They stopped 500m in front of the border. I paid 35 usd. I think the price was okay?????

When we arrived in Siem Reap they asked us if we want to change our thai money to usd. they charged us 35 bath for 1usd. On the same day in bangkok the rate was 31 bath.

And they asked me for a free taxi to the center. I said yes. Then the driver asked me if i want to have a ride with him tomorrow. I said no. Than he threw me out of the taxi. 1.5km far away from the center.

Da unser Hotel den Transport zum Busbahnhof verrissen hatte, kamen wir erst 10min nach Abfahrt an! Das war jedoch kein Problem und die Dame an dem Schalten buchte uns anstandslos auf den nächsten Bus um! Kann ich nur empfehlen!
Wir hatten bereits ein e-visum, wodurch wir uns die Situation vor der Grenze erspart hatten. Der Busfahrer kam kurz vor der Grenze rum und wollte alle Pässe einsammeln um das Visa vorher auszustellen (kostet deutlich mehr als bei Direktantrag an der Grenze). Er hat jedoch weder darauf gedrängt noch jemanden bedroht oder angeschrien, es verlief also ruhig und komplikationslos (auch für die, die erst an der Grenze das Visum beantragt haben)

Купили билеты онлайн на 8 утра. Цена при покупке онлайн значительно выше, чем покупать на месте. Долго искали нужное окно, но успели за 40 мин до отъезда. Дама в окошке не регистрировала, всё просила подождать не объясняя причин. Оформляла каких-то левых людей. За 5 мин до выезда вдруг объявила, что мест нет и сорри-сорри мы должны ехать на час позже в 9.
В целом в пути обслуживание нормальное, кроме оформления визы на границе с Камбоджей. Путанные объяснения, предложение своих услуг по оформлению визы, при том, что совершенно спокойно можно пройти окно выезда из Таиланда и окно въезда в Камбоджу не переплачивая 15 долларов. Очень внимательный и услужливый персонал на автостанции в Сиемрипе.

The journey was straight forward and easy, the bus was fairly comfy but lacked a little leg room as always. The toilet on the bus wasn’t as bad as I was expecting either. Crossing the border was a really easy process and the bus waited for everyone to get sorted before taking off again.
Watch out for the scams! Luckily we had an EVisa already sorted so had no problem avoiding them. The one and only staff member on the bus will tell you all that you should get a visa before crossing the border then take your passport and 40 dollars or 1400 Thai bhat and sort it for you. You absolutely DO have the option to say no and they WILL wait for you to get your visa at the border. Everyone seemed to be handing this guy money and passports no problem except for one British couple at the back who had done their research (it only costs 30 dollars if you do it yourself). Or to make it even easier just buy and EVisa before you make the trip. Overall the journey wasn’t all that bad, would go with this company again.

excellent services. the bus is ok, the staff *very* friendly & they look after u. u'll get some food during the journey (it's ok, this is obviously not a michelin starred restaurant). about border crossing: with e-visa it is easier to cross the border than arriving in the uk from an eu destination. i highly recommend this service.

Die Sitze waren etwas eng bzw war keine Handlehne zwischen den beiden Sitzen. Musste also mit einer fremden Person 9 Stunden an einander kleben. War nicht so toll.
Und ich hätte mir bei den kurzen Pausen gewünscht das uns jemand gesagt hätte was wir hier machen und wie lange wir hier halten. War keine Konversation vorhanden.
