A very good company that my friend and I took for a trip from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh. Special mention to Sophea, the operator who assisted us excellently throughout, 5 well-deserved stars!

The trip was find, I was waiting around for sometime, especially when I arrive at Sihanoukville at 6AM and had to wait at the port until 8:30AM to be able to get on the ferry. Otherwise, the trip is all good. Driver was careful on the road. Nothing to complain apart from the waiting time.

Took me from my place in Siem reap to rumi pier kohrong sanlaem. Even I couldn't speak khmer, people were helpful. No toilets in the sleeping bus but several stops along the ride.

I was sent the wrong address for pick up and therefore had to pay for a taxi to the correct bus stop when I was told last minute and only just made the bus l

The arrival time in Phu Quoc was three hours later than indicated on the ticket. It also stated that there was a shuttle to NightMarket in Phu Quoc, which wasn't the case. No one met me when I got off the ferry, so I had to take a taxi.

What has not worked was the connection from the Laos Border to Don Khong. So finally t pais $ 5 to go from the border to Don Det not to be overleft at the border. In CM Cambodia all went ok.

all the transport used were old, in poor condition and very dirty

We arrived almost 4h later than was on scheduled. Immigration went smoothly for our group but we have been waiting an hour for another group. Advertising it as an 8h journey it’s missinforation on purpose. Without imigration by normal car takes over 9h! Additionally I changed the buses 4 times!!!

Comprei a passagem com saída prevista para as 11h e o serviço havia sido previamente confirmado. No entanto, no próprio dia fui informada de que não havia mais disponibilidade para esse horário, e a viagem foi remarcada para as 14h e chegamos ao destino somente após as 22h. Além disso, foi cobrada uma taxa adicional de 5 dólares, sob a justificativa do Ano Novo no Camboja, o que não havia sido informado no momento da compra. Apesar desses contratempos, o restante da experiência foi positivo. Os procedimentos na fronteira, incluindo a obtenção do visto na chegada, foram conduzidos de forma organizada e tranquila, sem qualquer preocupação da minha parte.

Terrível!!!!! Comprei passagem para o horário das 13h30. Confirmado. Tempos depois recebi dois whatsapp informando que o horário das 13h30 não estaria disponível (não mencionaram os motivos), deram a opção das 11h, aceitei. Tempos depois recebi nova mensagem informando que esse horárii tambem não estaria disponível, deram outras opções conflitantes. Tentei cancelar a compra (já que tinha um tour marcado para o outro dia às 08h30 e iria perder) mas a empresa 12go disse que o bilhete não era cancelavel, mesmo sendo a companhia que tivesse realizado as alterações unilateralmente. Péssimo, nunca mais uso essa empresa. Por fim, tive que cancelar meu tour (tendo perdas financeiras) e peguei o ônibus das 9h30. O ônibus era terrivelmente velho e sujo. Não há banheiros, parávamos a cada 50 km em lugares insalubres para poder ir ao banheiro. Não havia espaço para as malas no bagageiro (que já chegou no local de partida lotado), amontoaram as bagagens no fundo do onibus. Quem ficou na última fila, nem conseguia reclinar o assento. A pessoa que estava sentada na minha frente tinha o assento quebrado. A viagem demorou 4 horas a mais que o previsto. Péssimo empresa de ônibus, péssimo empresa de vendas de passagem. Procurem outras alternativas!

Nous avons eu droit à un tuk tuk qui nous a emmené à l'endroit où le van devait nous prendre. le van était à l'heure. Malheureusement le conducteur ne parlait pas anglais. il a attendu trois quart d'heure à un endroit pour remplir son van avec des passagers supplémentaires. Aucune explication ne nous a été fournie. Nous avons été déposé à un endroit différent de celui convenu dans le voucher. le service support de bus a tenté à plusieurs reprises de nous aider. il semblerait que la compagnie du van soit différente de celle qui devait nous transporter. nous sommes arrivés avec une heure de retard malgré un trafic fluide.

Der Bus war pünktlich und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Allerdings war der Bus nicht sonderlich sauber, die Matratze war Stein hart, der Bus hat alle 10 Minuten angehalten um irgendwelche Sachen ein oder auszuladen und ist deshalb einen unnötigen Umweg gefahren was insgesamt zu einer unnötigen Verlängerung der Fahrt von etwa 3 Stunden geführt hat (ist aber so geplant) Die Straßen waren schlecht und der Busfahrer ist wahnsinnig schnell gefahren, das Licht ging mehrfach an und aus, das Personal war weder freundlich noch hilfsbereit und konnte kaum englisch. Es war sehr laut weil Personal und andere Fahrgäste keine Kopfhörer kennen, lautstark telefonieren oder schreiend durch den Bus laufen. An Schlaf ist also nicht zu denken!!!
