Great door to door service. The journey isn't great if you get motion sickness but after the first couple hours it's fine.

The driver just stop once and never ask if we needed to stop. The road was bumpy and we didn’t take main roads.

The worst bus experience I’ve had in Vietnam. About 30 minutes outside of Ha Giang, smoke started emerging from the radiator. Instead of sending a new vehicle immediately, the journey continued in this unsafe vehicle with the driver stopping to pour water in every 30 minutes as the overheating continued. Air con was mostly not available during this, and the window was rattling badly despite being a “luxury” vehicle. After about 2 hours we did change to a new bus. The few stops that were made had very unsanitary conditions. The driver tried to make us get out quite far from the booked destination, but did eventually agree to take us to our accommodation. The whole journey took 11 hours instead of 7. I would not travel with this company again.

Stopped many times for transporting local things and making personal deals. The trip took many hours more. Even while there was no traffic. Times on the booking are just not feasible in general.

The bus didn't arrive at the time. I waited 2 hours- was texting with the agency, they told me the bus is coming in 15 Minutes, 30 mins later they said the bus is coming now. And after 2h I left and then half an hour after i left they called me that the bus is coming now.

Compagnia assolutamente affidabile, ci hanno preso in albergo e lasciato nell'albergo successivo, autista gentile con una guida sicura e con tanta esperienza, lo consiglio! Anche la comunicazione con l'operatrice è stata efficiente e corretta, grazie di tutto.
