You need to go get the tickets from the port counter before departure
The boat was comfortable in comparison to the boats of oceanhjet because at least on super shuttel ferry you can lay all of your body down on the seats if available
You need to add port and environmental tax on arrival so bring small change with you
And there is no smoking once you pass the main gate
So you can stay outside up to 30 min before leaving if you are a smoker

Booking online is much is much pricier than on the port. There is a 200 price difference. It would be okay if this is indicated upon booking but no breakdown of the cost indicated on the ticket or on our booking so we dont know if that 200 pesos is booking fee or what. I hope there is a clear breakdown of the amount paid. Total ticket cost for 3pax is just 1218 but we paid a total of 1860 pesos.

WE arrvived at the Port and Super Shuttle Ferry tells IS, that WE could Not joyn the Transfer for Security reason. After Some time WE Had a good solution thanks to the Personal From SSF

I would give excellent, but because of a little problem in Poro port I need to drop one star. As a tourist it always feels safe to book online, so you can be sure to actually have a seat. The problem is, if you don’t have a Filipino phone, you can’t get your ticket printet. Because they will ask you to mail your ticket to them, no Bluetooth. We ended up giving up and asked to buy new tickets to avoid getting left behind at the pier. But, when we asked for new ticked, the personnel help us and said it was ok for them to take a photo of our online tickets, and we got on the ferry in time. This was not a problem in pier88 in Liloan, as they will print your tickets for you. Other than that, everything worked out perfectly.

I never received the ticket from the operator.
I signed up and paid for an insurance which wasn’t indicated clear enough in my eyes

Too expensive. Should have bought it at the counter.

Alexander fue puntual, amable y súper profesional.
Veníamos de un viaje muy largo y cansado y supo cómo acogernos. Nos ofreció parar para comer o baño, nos dejó descansar realizando una muy buena conducción y poniendo de fondo música agradable.
El coche era perfecto en temperatura, limpio y con comodidades para un viaje de 2 horas como el que hicimos.
Volveríamos a confiar en Alexander sin dudarlo, gracias.

Man muss die Tickets ausgedruckt bringen was im Urlaub ziemlich schwierig ist. Es gibt in der Nähe des Hafens einen Shop der drucken kann aber man benötigt Internet zum Senden der Tickets an den Shop

Salimos con casi 2 horas tarde. El ferry no tiene a/c pero si camas. El ferry además es viejo y muy lento. Estuvimos casi 30 minutos esperando que atracara.
