I took a night bus from Mochit Bus station on Bangkok to Sukhothai. The bus ride itself was perfect. Comfortable seats. AC. Good driver. Lots of leg room. And even a blanket to use! The driver stopped halfway at a large station that had food and toilets and a 7-11.
However, navigating Mochit bus station was a pain. It is huge. There are over 100 bus stops and ticket counters. It seems there aren't many foreigners travelling by bus, so it may not be set up to direct them/us. I arrived 30 minutes before my arrival, as recommended in my booking receipt. It took me a long time to figure out where to go, after asking multiple people (in my broken Thai). I eventually found the bus, with about 3 minutes to spare, but then was told that I could not board yet - I need a physical ticket from a counter (despite 12go receipt saying I don't need to print anything). Once again, it took me awhile to find out exactly where to go to find the counter. I continued to lug my bags around the station. Luckily the bus driver waited to depart (about 20 extra minutes), but I felt bad holding the bus up. I was completely drenched in sweat from carrying my luggage around the station for over 30 minutes. Luckily the bus had good AC.
It would be helpful if 12go would provide better instructions after booking, such as the need to go to a counter first to get a physical ticket and what bus stop # the bus is departing from.

Overall great service. Bus was good, we had two breaks on the way and also picked up a few people along the road. We were provided with a little snack and water. Only downside was the fact, that we arrived nearly an hour late which wasnt a problem in our case but could be potentially anoying. But then again, most alternatives are always late as well.

Départ à l'heure.. arrêts fréquents...dont un long pour panne de la climatisation... Arrivée avec plus d'une heure de retard à Sukhotaï.
Personnel fait des efforts d'information mais ne nous informe pas que le ticket permet d'acceder à un plat ou une boisson lors de la pause repas.

Our bus from Chiang Rai to Sukhothai was initially canceled due to “operational conditions,” without any clear explanation. So we ended up taking this bus to Phitsanulok instead. The bus arrived an hour and a half late, and it was very hot inside, so overall not a great experience. However, special mention to the lady who took care of us on the bus — she handed out snacks, was very kind, and answered all of our questions.

The first bus, 7:30, was cancelled. This bus involved a transfer 2/3 of the way. There were many stops along the way. The route took 9 hours of travel. Too long, especially when it was said to be 6-8h.

Old bus, security belt broken (the problem was known by the assistant but… and there are 2 big stickers mentioning to wear the belt !) ,
Lunch time longer than previous so we arrived later. Assistant not very helpful. We did not feel secure in this bus.

I don't why you add 2,50€ insurance for each ride without asking if people need It.
All tourists travel with full International insurance already.
I had 2 rides in 2 days and you charged me extra money for the same insurance valid on the same days.

Bus ok, we had a problem in the selection of the seats. I had chosen row 1 + 2 but it turned out that row 1 does not exist and row 2 had no room for backpack. We managed to be moved elsewhere. Service very good, kind staff. Snack and water included, temperature ok (not too cold as sometimes happens)

Bus departed as scheduled but dut didn't expect it to return to the bus terminal after about 5- 10mins drive to pick up more passengers & waited for a while. Stopped for a short lunch break in a nice local coffee shop. Food was inexpensive & the bus ticket included a THB 20 coupon to offset your lunch.

What I dislike about 12go is the impossibility of getting in contact with customer support if there is a question to be answered.
It's all fine if everything runs smoothly online but online companies that have non existent or near impossible customer contact are a traveller's nightmare

The bus was very old and worn out. The seat numbering system is confusing because the numbers are written on the back of the seats, and it’s hard to tell whether the number belongs to the seat in front or the one behind. Overall, it wasn’t a very comfortable experience.

The place you stop for lunch is not hygienic. Being your own food.

The journey was punctual and included snacks, a bottle of water, and lunch. The only downside was the lack of legroom at my particular seat. I would advise against booking a seat in the front section.

Every thing was OK. Except : Seat Belt 2B broken it did not work. The staff was notify and do nothing. The seats 2a and 2b with the leather worn out and cut. Another surprise was that the driver assistant picked up some garbage from the bus, the driver opened the door in order for her to throw the trash out the door into the bushes. Also the Driver used the bus horn constantly, no very used in Thailand ( I am ok?). I hope you send this info to the operator.

The bus was on time and the ride was smooth. The ticket includes a bottle of water and 2 small (sweet) snacks. There is a toilet on board (but I didn't use it.) There was a stop for lunch around 11:30 which cost 30 THB and was very good. The seats recline and have a foot rest, which was comfortable enough for short naps. We arrived at Sukhothai bus stop around 15:00.

The trip is ok, you need to get your paper tiket on the station on the departure date. At the station the tiket is cheaper, of course 324 bat to chiang mai, juste on the app was more easy for me. You get a water and a snack, and food voucher for 20bat.

1. The time of departure has been charged without noticing from 08.30 on 08.10 and I was nearly missed the bus
2. In pdf that I got didn't content information about check-in and number of desk, the bus terminal Mochit is realy huge and find necessary desk isn't easy task

Slow bus. Not direct. Nice scenery though. Wasn't aware of the limited leg room in the front seat behind driver. A bit too cramped for 6 hr trip. The two rest stops were appreciated, as was the 20tbh food voucher.

No instructions were given to me about how to acquire a food voucher and given the language barrier it was very difficult to figure out what was needed and how to get it, I ended up not even getting my own one and the bus driver went and got it for me.

The trip was comfortable but we arrived late due to a bus problem half an hour away from the destination. Also, maybe because the festival, bus failed to reach the historic park.
