The staff were very rude, we had to share and yes was bigger than a single but was very squished with all our bags as well, ones we stopped at the border my bag wouldn’t fit in the bottom so they just chucked it on and broke stuff off of my bag

After reading lots of mixed reviews and feeling worried/daunted by this trip, I was very happy with my experience. I slept comfortably with no bumps or motion sickness thanks to a careful bus driver (and dramamine, just in case). My driver was also very helpful and reached out regarding how to retrieve my ticket from the station using the voucher.

I was charged $7 insurance fee that I did not want. I feel the process was deceptive and not clear regarding extra charges because I definitely did want it.
Unless the charge is refunded to me I will not use your service again and will advise other travellers to do the same. I am on extensive travels and am a social influence r

Lack of clear communication skills from staff members
Refused toilet requests on multiple occassions
Not a welcoming environment for tourists as staff were quick to scream and shout at us for no apparent reason

Booked the VIP sleeper bus 24 from Vientiane- Hanoi hut didn’t realise 2 of us would have to share a cabin for the 24 hour journey! Bus arrived an hour later than expected and did not stop from 8pm until 2am!! We were the only westerners on the bus and this was not communicated to us at all. Bad experience.

Comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable.
That would be the only good thing about the bus.
The bus station staff was unfriendly; no one spoke English, and it took me over an hour to get my physical ticket, which I had purchased through 12go several days ago.
They changed my bus date by one day.
The treatment on the bus wasn't pleasant either. They yelled at us without speaking a bit of English and with very little intention of being helpful in a friendly manner. Very unpleasant.
Definitely an unpleasant experience.
