The bus driver drive wrong on a street where he went back en forward and back to the highway. This took almost 2 hours for nothing. In the end we came 4 hour later at our location. We where not informed that they also would stop in other city so this is not nice. Overall was the bus itself good, and we got at 12 a little lunch. Only after that because it took 4 hours longer we came at the end location at 10 pm and not 6 pm so it was also really late to get at dinner.

Stressful experience. 1. The address of the meeting point is wrong. Even the name of the company. And there is no phone number to contact the minibus company. Fortunately, local people after many researches on the Web helped me to find the right meeting point : https://g.co/kgs/chBv8z9 Name of the company : SEMERU IMAM BONJOL Phone number : +62 857-8612-1755 (speaks Indonesian only) 2. We were 3 in the minibus to Jepara. But one person wanted to go somewhere else, so the driver made a huge detour. We left Semarang at 7.30 p.m. and arrived at Jepara port at midnight!! Not at 10 p.m. Think to ask the other passengers where they want to get off to have a thiner idea of the journey duration.

First bus in Indonesia and it was incredible! We arrived late and the staff had been waiting for us. They were super welcoming and so nice. The bus was super comfortable, clean and spacious! We even had a snack and a meal. I'm going back with my eyes closed! Thank you so much!

The bus is comfy, but I would not be able to find the pickup point without the help of locals. There is no board or anything to indicate where you have to wait (Semarang station). Also, the driver was a bit grumpy, but I find it less annoying that the fact that I could not find the pickup point.

Autista esperto, ma troppo spregiudicato. Semeru Trans è una garanzia di efficienza per il collegamento tra Jepara e Semarang, i mezzi sono comodi e spaziosi. La compagnia ci ha aiutato anticipando il ritorno, dopo che avevamo comunicato che il nostro traghetto era stato anticipato. Diversamente dal viaggio di andata, l'esperienza è stata più turbolenta a causa del traffico e della guida spericolata. In ogni caso è andato tutto bene.
