The boat trip was really rocky because of the waves but you can’t fault the company for that. Got us there safely though a bit late. I expected to be getting a shared van for the journey from the pier to the airport but was pleasantly surprised for it to be a private taxi. Overall pretty happy

Organisation très approximative au départ pour l enregistrement pour cette compagnie. Pas de panneau d indication , personnel qui arrive 20 min avant le départ du bateau , alors qu on nous demande à nous d être là 1h a l avance. C était brouillon , cela a généré du stress chez certains passager.
Trajet bateau parfait .
Trajet taxi entre le port d arrivée et l aéroport super . Chauffeur très professionnel .

The ferry is very old and dirty, toilets are very dirty with no lights (it feels like they do not clean them). The vehicle by itself is really dirty, we saw the insects between seats and tables.

The boat was not the latest, seats very bad (from a air-plan).
The bag-store and the logistic around that have possibilliy to improve.
The ferry left on time and was in time.

The pick up was on time and the check into the boat service was good. However, the crossing was rough and noisy and I felt nauseous.
I would have liked there to be an option for pick up from Phuket airport to get the bus/van to Koh Lanta because we would have preferred that in wet season a lot more.

The ferry left 30 minutes later and at the arrive at Rassada Pier there was some confusion with the driver, he came back with a wrong person in the car and then got me.

It was a bit complicated at the beginning. The whole trip was not operated by only company, but join operations. After 2 calls, everything was clear. The transfer was very smooth.

This was our 3rd booking through 12go and everyone has been spot on.
Only slight criticism from a customers point of view on this trip it wasn't obvious where to exchange the booking voucher for the ticket Which is part way along Tonsai Pier and getting the taxi to the hotel looked chaotic but we arrived at our destination with no issues.

If you find yourself travelling from Phuket airport to Phi Phi, these guys were a great shout. Checked in at stand at airport (we actually arrived much earlier than expected, and driver took us straight away) about 1 hr by car, took us straight to pier, someone was waiting on us, got fast tracked to check in, and boarded the speed boat without any fuss - despite how busy pier was. Boat right was very bumpy! But the captain cant help that!

As soon as we arrived at the pier, a helpful staff member approached us to check our 12go booking and walked us to the Seatran check-in desk. We were escorted onto the ferry right away and the ferry set off and arrived on time. From experience, we always prefer a longer comfortable ferry than a speedboat, and for just an hour longer this was worth it.

I was apprehensive after reading some not so good reviews about boat+van transfers. But this company was SUPERB and deserves a 5-star review!
They contacted me on WhatsApp in advance with all the info I needed. Everything went uneventful, and to my surprise there was a private taxi waiting for me as soon as I came out of the boat, when I thought I had booked a van 😅
Made it to the airport with plenty of time, couldn't have been any better!

Organised and comfortable trip across. Ended up stopping at Krabi due to low tide (I believe), was excellent as we got a ride about Krabi to drop off other guests, then to Ao Nam Mao pier and long boat across to Railay Beach! Only rated 4 here so I can write review/add comments. 😃

Overall is good, and the duration of travel is only 1.5 hrs not 2.5 hrs (may be depends on the weather)

The ferry from Phuket to Krabi was pretty straight forward. You just go to Rassada pier and tell the staff you booked through 12Go and they will handle it from there. I would suggest taking the ferry instead of the fast speedboat if you are prone to sea sickness.
