They got us from A to B. It took longer than advertised, we were just shuttled to and from a long, slow domestic regional bus service. It stopped so often picking up and dropping off passengers.

We had very little information beforehand apart from the departure and arrival points on the ticket, but the communication during the trip was very good. We received a WhatsApp message when our driver was on his way. He met us at the pier, drove us to the border and explained where the next driver would be waiting. The second car was old, but the driver got us safely to the boat. It was a long journey, but everything worked well. Overall, a very good experience.

We were crammed in to a mini bus from Sutan to Trang and then put on a normal bus local bus service , not what we signed up for.

The instructions from the company were great where to check in and immigration the photos so we were able to find our way well plus gave us the time to check knit etc as standard says you need to be there 2 hours prior.

the bus to trang was overcrowded with people and goods, you had to change seats all the time. no ac. then from trang to surat thani it was a nice bus.

Die Fahrt war mit Umsteigen in Trang, was vorher nicht gut kommuniziert wurde. Der erste Teil von Satun nach Trang mit dem öffentlichen Van war keine schöne Fahrt. Der Van war überladen und hielt ständig an um etwas auszuliefern oder abzuholen. Zudem war das Fahrzeug in keinem guten Zustand und der Fahrer auch etwas seltsam....
Ab Trang war die Fahrt dann perfekt organisiert und wir kamen mit 1 Std. Verspätung in Koh Lanta an!
