Information on ticket is different, when we came at bus station - can’t found our bus. Didn’t update about new place, we was waiting 3 hour. Support team working slowly and poor. Can’t cal for support team

The original voucher arrived only few hours before boarding time, while the earlier booking confirmation printout was rejected by SAT authorities, this created panic and anxiety but in the end we got our travel vouchers and there was no problem
