Le bus etait très confortable, sièges en cuir, inclinables, plus de place que dans l'avion. Le service était top avec distribution de snacks et de boissons en début de trajet. Pensez à prendre un pull, il y a des couvertures mais il fait froid avec la clim. Nous sommes partis à l'heure et arrivés un peu en avance.

Goede bus alles zag er netjes uit. Ging op tijd weg en kwam ruim een half uur eerder aan op bestemming. Stoelen zijn heel ruim en ook veel voetenruimte, usb beschikbaar en we kregen water koekjes en een pakje drinken vlak na vertrek. Bus stopt wel regelmatig om mensen in en uit te laten stappen en hierbij gaat het licht ook aan.
Rond 1 uur een stop bij een tankstation met wat eet en drink kraampjes en vieze toiletten.
In de bus zit ook een toilet hier hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt

The toilet was okay but you couldnt wash your hands. The seats were great but being 1.96m, my boyfriend couldnt really sleep.
Overall a very good bus trip considering it was 11 hours. We will recommend

The bus wasn’t clean. There was condens at all the airco points in the bus. The toilet smelled really bad and at some point you can smell it trough the whole bus. Also the toilet was very nasty and it was basically impossible to go as a female. There was only one stop to go to the toilet, so that was not really nice.
But the bus was on time and the staff IN the bus was nice and helpful.

Wij hadden vip vanwege de beenruimte genomen en dat was goed te doen. We kregen enn dekentje, wat te drinken en eten. Alleen geen eigen tv maar een gezamenlijke.

I took the night bus from Kanchanaburi to Chiang Mai and everything was perfect. By far the best bus I’ve ever taken in SEA (and I traveled for months in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand). The seats were comfortable and reclining, with a lot of space between the rows. We were given cold water, a fruit juice, a snack, and a food coupon for dinner at 11pm. The bus left perfectly in time and we arrived 15 minutes before schedule. The staff was very nice (both at the check-in counter and on board).

Le bus était à l’heure et confortable, prévoir un tour de cou, des boules quies et un masque pour le visage pour un voyage en toute sérénité. Le bus effectue une pause d’une vingtaine de minutes au bout de 6h pour manger un repas compris dans le billet et une petite bouteille avec snack est offert. Arrivée avec un très léger retard.

Overall the driver was friendly and an enjoyable person to spend a whole day with. They took frequent bathroom and eating breaks for us and made sure we had everything we needed.

The seats were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the drive itself was smooth and as enjoyable as possible.
We were given a packet of biscuits and a small bottle of water each, which was greatly appreciated.
The food available to be redeemed from the coupon was not very good and 20 mins break for an 12 hour journey did not seam like enough, another small toilet break would have been amazing.

The bus was great, very comfortable, blanket provided, water plus drink and biscuits. The seat belts worked. Departed on time , good driver . They stop once for 15 min and a 2nd time for maybe 3 minutes,Be very careful. They left without me on board ,at 4am. I had to get a taxi.to Chiiang mai , doubling the price of my trip. Why the attendant didn't notice or count the passengers ,I wonder?

The bus was on time leaving and arriving. Was a comfortable journey with a 20 min stop halfway. You get a free meal voucher with the ticket too for a basic meal when you’re stopped and a small water and pack of biscuits for the bus.

Comfy but bumpy ride. Airco on max and although a blanket is provided, bring a sweater. You also receive 1 small bottle of water, some fruit juice and some little snack. It is ok. We understand the service fees.
Thank you for food coupon but the bus staff took all coupon before bus left. We thought she collect and give us back where we arrived the restaurant. Actually No. She took away and steel it. Bad habit.

Good trip. Chairs little less comfortable than Bussels before.
Got water, coke and cookies. Stop in thé Middle with free food.

Overall amazing way to travel, on time and comfortable. It gets cold during the 11hr trip with A/C so the provided blanket is great. It would have been perfect if the onboard bathroom was functional however

12 hours in a bus should be hell but truly it was clean and comfortable and easy to snooze the trip away. No WiFi although it was advertised and no charging points. Water and snack provided about 3 hours in and a stop at a park with food shops at 7 hours. The alternative was third class rail and I'm glad I chose the bus.

It was ok, but the seats were old and the toilet was horrible. The AC was not working very well. The seats in the first row at the top have a lot of leg room. We left with a delay of 30min. We got water and snacks. We had to print our ticket at the bus station for 20 baht although it said on 12goasia that the e-ticket would be fine.

This IS a better place to sleep than a plane! The airconditioning is pretty cool/cold the whole way, so bring warm clothes. The polyester blanket is not sufficient for everyone ;-) We got cookies as a snack, and water and cola. Over all we think this was a good choice!

Our first long bus trip in Thailand and it exceeded expectations. Very comfortable bus. Given water and snacks when first on bus plus a food voucher for the service station break. As well as the driver, there was a very attentive 2nd driver on the bus who made sure people were knowing when to get off, giving water out etc. Toilet clean which was a bonus!
