The company has a mistake and not travel in executive bus. The travel was 16 hours and wasn’t confortable. I want my money back

Overall it was good. The bus was comfortable with adjustable seats, a pillow and a blanket. One of the drivers took care of us (told us where to get off for break and for our stop). At first the music was really loud, but eventually they turned it off at night. We also had a stop to get some food (included in the tour). It wasn’t exactly clear for us where the bus stop was, because there was no sign of the bus agency. We had ask around a lot and trust the people at the station, but it all worked out. In total they picked us up 1,5h late and dropped us off 4h later than planned. Okay for our travels but good to know if you have plans.

After already getting a downgrade in seats because the bus I had booked broke down and got replaced, the new bus continued to break down leaving us sitting at a rest stop from 12:00 am to 02:00. Even after fixing it the ride on the fixed suspension was horrible. Only just getting to the final destination 4 hours later than advertised.
