The bus did not depart from the pickup point I had selected and received confirmation for when booking through 12Go. Instead, it left from the bus company’s main office, which was in a completely different location.
I only discovered this because I called the company myself to double-check the departure details. Otherwise, I would have gone to the confirmed pickup point and most likely missed the bus. This is a serious communication issue and caused unnecessary stress.
The toilet was also in terrible condition, and the air conditioning did not work consistently throughout the journey. Overall, the service was disappointing, and passengers should be given accurate information about the departure point and provided with acceptable basic conditions on board.
