De pick up tijd was 7.30u. De bus kwam alsmaar niet. Op de 3 mails die ik stuurde kwam geen antwoord. Uiteindelijk om 8.00u de receptie van een hotel laten bellen. De bus kwam om 8.30u. Geen excuus geen woord; wel stress!!!

The way to Halong was almost perfect but the way back to Hanoi was obviously different. Another company? It was another bus, no loading sockets, worst wifi in 12 days in Vietnam, bad seats for tall people, couldn't believe that compared to the way to my destination.

Excellent service! We loved our ride from Hanoi to Halong bay. The driver and guide were kind, knowledgeable and really accommodating. I strongly recommend this service! Jasmine was our guide and she did a great job!

By far the best transfer I’ve ever done, perfectly air conditioned, smooth and comfy ride. Not to mention free WiFi and great customer service from the host. Who also went out her way to arrange for a taxi to the take us airport for us that evening then walked out of her way with us to the pickup point

Fantastic service! Picked us up right outside our Airbnb and drove us right to our destination. The bus was extremely comfortable and it was a super smooth ride. Great company to use! Definitely would recommend!

Journey was good, but took 5.5hrs in the end after a delayed pick up (traffic in Hanoi), using the old road and a 30 minute break for food. The staff were lovely and very apologetic and the bus is comfortable. The duration was ok for us as we weren’t travelling on from Hanoi.

Luxury leather interior, although not the same as in the pictures. No bottled water was provided, which other bus and limousine services do provide. They contacted my hotel directly to advise of their estimated arrival time. Journey time to Hanoi was an hour faster than advertised.
